Negotiations a bit less than comfortable. Pushed way too hard to sell me an extended warranty while doing the paperwork. Car was not detailed and there were several minor problems that should have been fixed before delivering the car, in my view. All that being said, we really like the Lincoln Nautilus Black Label that we bought.

I needed to buy a car quick and found a few options in the area. The first place I went was Loganville Ford to look at a Honda HR-V. I was a little hesitant going to Ford to look at a Honda but that quickly changed. The car was mostly as they described so I decided to purchase it that day. The only issue I realized after purchase was the alignment was “off” but they stated it was completed when they changed the brakes and tires . Since I didn’t realize until after the sale I tried to call, text, and email but they didn’t respond to me or help with it so I took it to my regular Honda dealership for repair (less than $100 repair no big deal). I needed financing and they even helped with that. The team that helped me was Andy (Sales), Todd (Sales Manager), and Dave (Finance). I appreciate the high level of professionalism and personalized service I received that day. Thank you all!

Cass Warner was great... Matt in Finance, Not so much! Watch yourself in their finance department.
Not really "in love" with my new Maverick, more like "in like". It's not user-friendly and I'm having trouble setting things up, plus it doesn't have the basic features I'd expect like Windows that roll UP at the touch of the button. Huh? And Sirius Radio!!

Had a rock behind the backing plate causing a screeching noise. Got a tire rotation and they removed the rock. Quick and easy. My suggestion is to always use the same service writer when you can. I use Matt Stevens, he does a great job.
