Pathetic service they provide, it’s been more than 2 weeks and l can’t get response for my lab results, have to call them everyday for my lab results and when l call them they just keep transferring their calls with no response, l regret finding this place from Zocdoc, not recommended at all.

Too busy to answer the phone and when you do get a hold of someone they put you on hold for over 10 minutes
Every time you try asking for a manager she is always in a meeting

My 1st time at this practice and I must say, I was impressed. Everyone was so friendly from the time I walked in until I left. Ashley was amazing and made me feel so comfortable talking to her about my concerns. Glad I finally found a great PCP. Thank you to the entire staff for being so welcoming.

I was a walk in, the front staff were polite and with minimal paperwork I was signed in and within a few minutes they had me in a room and started my workup. Doctor T came in shortly and finished with what I came there to do. He was polite and efficient and answered all my questions.

I will admit that I am the most difficult patient to handle and everything is a problem! I tried to find something to complain about and a reason to be displeased and upset. Epic fail!! I could not find anything. This is really the very best doctors office I have been to. Trust me, I have been to tons!! Wait time is minimal, physician is thorough, no rush, questions are answered. Great attitude and pleasant staff.
