A great experience. I didn’t know what to expect. As I have had the same tax preparer for 24 years. She had to retire due to an illness. When I arrived at Liberty Tax they greeted me with a smile were very kind. just a couple of days before April 15. Alyssa Davidson was my tax preparer she did an awesome job very professional. I would highly recommend her. I gave her an Liberty Tax 10 stars

We hadn't filed the previous year and we're very confused about the process and what we needed to do. Deborah made the process painless. And everyone here was super patient especially since we didn't bring all our needed documents, they even didn't mind when my husband has to go home to retrieve more documents. Will definitely be returning next year.

Ms Craft was very personable and thorough. She proofread herself a couple of times to be sure that she had no errors I had ALOT of info to sort through.. This is my 2nd year with them -different location - and I am confident that my taxes are done fairly and accurately.
