One night (4-7-24) I had to pick up a few items and it happened to be right it close. I realized i was the last customer in there so I rushed through self checkout and got out of there. Well at some point during my self checkout chaos I set my phone down and forgot to pick it back up. Hoping it was in my purse or car I did the Google find my device and unfortunately it wasn't. It was however located still inside of kroger. At this point they were long past closed so I just made sure you set my alarm for early thirty so I could be there when they opened. I pulled up at Kroger at 546 am and located my device again and was relieved when it showed it in the same spot also noticed that it said my battery was at 70%.. I could see people inside so hit the alert button hoping someone would pick it up and answer it so I didn't have to wait until 6 to get out of there.. and thats where everything went south. The alert was turned off and my phone could no longer be located...I tried calling it straight to voicemail. When 6 finally rolled around and they opened the doors... I looked everywhere and asked everyone... including the manager because Kroger employees were the only people in the store where I had accidentally left my phonel and I was the last customer there the night before and the first one there when the door was unlocked the following morning. . The manager looked behind the customer service for my device but told me that I needed to return to speak to the other manager..because he couldnt access the surveillance. When i returned later to speak to said manager i was treated with zero respect.. and was told he didn't care if it was an employee or not that he would not review any surveillance unless requested by law enforcement ... so I waited until the General manager was in and i explained in detail what happened she apologized and ? the survanlenve footage and give me a call back...I never got a call back... and every time I reached out to her i was put on hold until disconnected..and i consider it a good day when I can get a employee to check the found phone drawer behind customer service..after ovef a month of this I gave up... .and now here we are 3 months later... and I still don't have a phone

Kroger makes sure that the items that you come to shop for are on the shelves and they stay well stocked and they have excellent sales. I've been a customer since 2006 and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Their very own products are absolutely delicious.

I have been shopping at this Kroger since 1999 and I can only say that the level of customer care service, as in the staffing of cashiers, is deplorable. As a senior citizen and one who spends an average of one $150-$200 per visit, I simply don’t understand why I have to scan, bag, and then transport my own groceries. I feel sorry for the people working in the self checkout lines as they are always so helpful but I also feel sorry for the people behind me that have 2-3 items while I am slowly scanning and bagging $150-$200 worth of groceries. I completely understand that hiring is difficult at this juncture, but I cannot believe you are unable to staff at least one person to cashier. On two separate occasions I have been there that I had very large quantities to purchase, I spoke to a manager, and both managers simply stated they were shortstaffed. No apologies made, no offer to help… Kroger you can do better than this!

We really like this little Kroger store. Sometimes it doesn't have everything you need because it's smaller, but it has the essentials.

I've been to this Kroger before many times with my father. So many employees here have bad attitudes. They don't know how to do insurance benefit cards, and get upset when you ask to speak to manager about it. They often have digit deals but don't have the actual items out. Today, there where no registers open, so my father and I had to bag our own groceries. We had a full cart groceries, and my father is elderly. He has to drive a scooter around the store because he's got terrible arthritis. Nobody offered to help us as I bagged all the groceries. If I hadn't been there, my father would have been unable to purchase his grocery. One lady just stood around and didn't offer to help. I asked another lady why they didn't have registers open, and she didn't even respond. Absolutely ridiculous, and I would give it zero stars if I could.

This Kroger is a joke I particularly the store manager during the day. I bought an expired GreenDot card from year 2023! I put my last 100.00 on it and couldn't utilize card because of the date. I was last person in store and the manager acted like I did something wrong and basically accusedme of LIEING about purchasing the card at this location ihad receipt and his night manager remembered me from night
before but he tried to humiliate me. Asked why I bought cardajditols thhemthenaskedagainn said I lied about reason for card which wasn't eventheirbusiness I was crying and it ruined my receipt

It is better than 12 months ago. It doesn't smell anymore. They rearrange some things.

Only had two registers with cashiers, and one was the front-end manager. Someone was calling over the public address system that employees need to do something to show they were a team player. Very inappropriate. That needs to be kept for team meetings, not to customers and employees.
