I always go to Kroger pharmacy for my blood pressure medication. The two young associates at the front desk are detailed and helpful. Despite comparatively higher prices, customer service here is top notch. Keep it up guys

Went to this pharmacy after the other Loganville Kroger pharmacy was so rude and unhelpful. Carmen and both pharmacy techs were so very helpful. They also took the time to explain the prescription to us. They filled the prescription within 20 minutes and were friendly and pleasant. We will be switching all our prescriptions to this Kroger pharmacy.

The entire pharmacy shouldn't close for lunch. There should be rotating shifts where there is always someone available until the close of business.
I was unable to get the medicine as I had transportation and now without.

Always had great service. If they didn't have something in stock they let me know what Kroger in the area did. Not only transferred the prescription, but called the other store and let them know I was on my way so I wouldn't have to wait.

Normally this pharmacy is awesome, the ladies that work here are so nice and on top of everything and that’s actually why I switched over. But the pharmacist named Marsh took a situation where my new doctor messed up my rx label and on top of a shortage and ended up going weeks without my correct dosage and making it worse. He was not only unhelpful but was condescending , demeaning and disrespectful and implied I was abusing the medication. I picked up the same medication and same dosage after speaking with my doctor that he was giving me trouble with. Asking questions and having a little empathy will go a long way. When people are having a rough time getting thier RX it’s the most stressful thing in the world. Especially because as patients we just have to wait for someone else to fix their own mistakes before we get what we need. You should be helping not adding to that. I’m still going to continue to go here because the other staff is great. Just very disappointed in how my situation was handled. I’d recommend the pharmacy just not him.

People are nice.But...Digital coupons for pharmacy )and pften others) don't work. 1800 Krogers says they take care of things (after three calls and an hour and a half on the phone...and not for the first time) and apparently didnt- went in to use my coupon (transfer a script, get $50 of groceries) and found the telephone customer service made it 50 CENTS after all that. Store manager got on the phone at that point with corporate, who also told her they'd take care of it. She told me she would call me when it was taken care of..four days later I still haven't heard from her. Switching to Piblix or Ingles-

This pharmacy STAYS backed up and for the most part the pharmacists are pretty nice but I did run into one where she may have been having a bad day and I thought about it before reacting, but she was a bit rude with no empathy....Please get better.....we appreciate you all!!!!!

Went to the pharmacy at 1:15 and they were closed for lunch. I had my autistic son with me, so I couldn’t wait. Went back to the store in the evening. Got in line and there were two people at the computer and one lady getting her prescription. The pharmacist turns to me and said we’re closed. I asked if they close early on Saturdays, she said at 6. I looked at the time and it showed 6:01. I asked if I still can’t get my prescription since I’m in line and she told me to come back tomorrow. I think that was insensitive, exact and unkind of her.
