My wife had purchased an appliance online. I went to pick it up with the receipt. One associate told me to go to "Pro Desk." I was referred back to Customer Services. I stood at the windows at Customer Services but was ignored for 5 minutes. I was the only customer at the windows. One employee turned her back while the other associate pretended to be on the phone. I was about to leave the store and have appliance delivered. Cindy took me and my receipt to locate appliance. She then called someone to help load appliance, while she waited at the door with me. I didn't get Cindy last name but she was great and I think she should be Customer Services Manger today!!!!

We had a problem with an appliance that we purchased. The problem was with something the delivery people (subcontractors) failed to do. When I called, I was put in touch with Adrian at your store and she is AWESOME. The delivery people would not resolve the problem and she came to our house and with my husband's help, they were able to do the repair. She was very caring and a pleasure to work with!

I purchased Scott's Triple Action, I had horrible results and I took it back to Home Depot. They told me I had to reach out to Scott's. I can not find anything on Yelp for Scotts so Home Depot is going to have to bear the anger. I reached out to Scotts, I was told I had to give it two more weeks. I waited two more weeks with even worse results. I again contacted Scotts and was told by not one but two customer NO service agents. That I had to send the UPC code and copy of receipt. I did and sent it registered and they got it on 5-16-19. I was told by their employees that I would have my refund in 10 to 14 days of them getting my proof. As of today 6-4-19 I have gotten nothing from them. I called again today and got a totally off the wall supervisor. She told me they did not input the information till 5-21-19, this is not my fault they waited 5 days after they got my certified information. I have to give them 5 more days??? why???? I have todays call recorded as my other conversations with them and they just lie. DON'T BUY SCOTT'S PRODUCTS.

Wanted to buy several hundred dollars worth of deck materials. Waited 30 min. for the only guy in the store that can do this. I must have seen 15 employees doing absolutely nothing but not a one of them can give me a quote on wood. Wow. One told me she didn't understand wood.One asked me how long I wanted it, I told her I wanted it for a long time. LOL/Joke. Anyway,they said I should come back tomorrow on Monday and speak to a Pro clerk? WTF? Lowes is across street.

The worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Have had several problems with orders this year and the customer service is non existent. These people act like you're a number, not a human. I will only go to Lowe's from now on. Avoid this store at all costs!!
