I had a great experience with this company, I walked in, knew what I wanted, they listened, ordered what I wanted for me, competed with other furniture prices around. Met the owner Mike and he was so sweet & sincere! I am so excited to receive my new couch!

I ordered a bed back in October and have had zero updates. I emailed the email they provided, called them, tried the google chat, and used their website contact us feature. I still haven’t heard anything from anyone! This is ridiculous service!

My first time buying from this nice store was on June, out sales person Rami was so nice and helpful, we have bought a lot of furniture from this store because of him… he’s so nice and helpful at the same time!!!
We will be sending my family and friends here to buy some more furniture from Rami

Do not order from this company online. When I placed my order, the checkout page included a note that it would ship in 2-4 weeks. After 6 weeks, I had received no updates - not even a tracking number.
At this point, I attempted to contact the store. My first 2 calls and voicemails went unanswered. After another week, I was able to speak to someone on the phone, who told me they couldn't help with online orders and then attempted to hang up after telling me they would have that department call me back. I told them to give me the number so I could call myself; predictably, they didn't answer either of my calls.
The only prompt response I received throughout the entire process was when they immediately canceled my order after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They are clearly selling items online that they don't have in stock and hoping that not everyone will bother with filing a dispute.

Very accommodating and hospitable staff. Best experience with a furniture store and I haven’t even walked inside yet! We were dealing with a family emergency and needed to move my father-in-law into a nearby assisted living facility. I called the store and Betty sent me a few options. I kept her updated on the situation and they delivered and assembled the furniture the day after we placed the order, a few hours before my father-in-law arrived. The furniture itself is high quality, but it’s the customer service that made the difference for me and it will be our go-to store in the future.

Ordered expensive tv stand, credit card was charged immediately. Never heard anything on order status for 2 months. Called company over 10 times, they could never tell me where my order was. They said this was an "online order" and they had no insight into my order. They eventually told me to dispute my credit card because they couldn't cancel. Then the furniture showed up, but sadly it was damaged (one leg broken off and 2 sides of furniture cracked from this), so they agreed to take it back and give me a refund (I didn't want to wait another 2 months for another one). Now however, I haven't heard from the store, no refund, and they have not approved my credit card dispute. Gave two stars because the guys I talked on the phone at the GA store were very nice and empathetic, and it seemed out of their control. At the same time, online orders are made under their company name, so my advice is to get a hold of that part of their business. Talking to them they say they have no control over the on-line orders. Doesn't make sense, and if they can't control it, will sadly impact their reputation because it's still under their name. Fingers crossed I can get my money back.
