I’ve been trying to get in touch with this dealership for a while, but I haven’t gotten any type of response. I got a car from here about 6 months ago. The car had issues the day I got it. It leaked oil at the start. & then shortly after a month or 2, it leaked coolant. & also around the time summer started, I noticed the ac doesn’t blow cold like it’s supposed to. In case you don’t know, the cost of getting the ac repaired is very expensive. I remember back in February, I took it back to their recommended mechanic to fix the oil leak. Well they didn’t fix it all the way because it still leaks to this day. I was told I’d see some residual oil for a few days, but it’s been 6 months & it still leaks. All they did was slow down the leak, but they didn’t fix it all the way. I’ve called & texted the owner’s personal number, but it seems he blocked my number. I even called their recommended mechanic shop, they told me he was on vacation & that they’d let him know I called, but I never got a call back. From what I’ve read in the reviews, it seems like a lot of people here got lucky & got good cars. But I somehow got the short end of the stick. I’m just going to sell the car as is & take my losses to get a more reliable car even if it means I have to finance.

My husband and I recently purchased two go karts from Graham Automotive, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The sales team was incredibly helpful, with amazing customer service. They were transparent about pricing and made the entire process hassle-free. The go karts are fantastic! Really fun to ride. Just bought a car from them it was overall a great deal. Very happy with everything, especially the test drive, and I was able to bring the car up to operating temp and even let it idle for a while while looked at the rest of the car.
Its been working smoothly so far, very happy with the purchase. ?

I researched a 400-mile radius for two months, then drove over 100 miles (one-way) for a second visit with Ansley and Tim. They do everything the way I would want to do it if I were in the car business. Both times, the cars I looked at were cleaner and more appealing than I expected based on the ad, which was amazing. I am profoundly pleased with my purchase. My next car-shopping journey will begin at Graham Automotive.

Was on my way to check out a car I had found online when i passed their dealership and could see they had a lot of nice vehicle's with prices on windshield.I turned around and went back and found one I liked and eventually purchased it after seeing the carfax and a couple of test drives.They were friendly and professional and easy to work with.I would recommend anyone searching for a used vehicle to stop in and check them out.
