I came to get my son’s headset replaced. I’m not aware of the warranty policy change and as a consumer I’m allowed to ask questions. First he said if the headphones are brought back for warranty replacement the warranty can continue if brought back before 4 month, then I went ahead and repeated what he said “ so you are telling me if I was to bring it back in 4 months I can get the headphones replace without needing a new warranty “ he responded no is up to managers discretion , so I went ahead and responded “ so you are telling me that the manager decides who he wants to help and who doesn’t get help” then he said if you bring the item before a month or so warranty can continue . I was very confused and wanted to see his answered reflect on the warranty paper but then he said the warranty doesn’t show that. Then asked where on the one year or two year warranty states that you can only use the warranty one time? And when where in the policy states that when you buy an item and add the warranty your only option is a refurbished. Let me just make it clear that the Guy with name Nate had an attituded from question one. And started literally escalating every time I asked questions about the policy to the point he started yelling at me in front of my son. I had to raised my voice at this point and did some hand gestures demanding for him to respect me and to stop talking to me the way he was. He lowered his voice but the attitude continue and I asked him again to change his attitude and let him know he lacks customer service skills. Game stop seems to not be training or giving their lead employees the tools and the knowledge to answere customer questions in a professional manner. All I wanted was to be shown on paper their warranty policies as the Manger had no professional way on answering this. Well So I ended up replacing a $100 head set that I paid additional $30 to have warranty on and left with a $75 dollar refurbished head set. I asked for the difference to be applied towards warranty on the refurbished one and was denied by manager saying the system doesn’t give him the option. I asked if he could override or discount a warranty and I will pay difference and said no. I didn’t want anything free as a matter I wanted to upgrade but seems as they no longer do that either. I’m fine with policy changes but if asking questions is going to be a disrespectful experience I do not want to have anything to do with that business. I would love for corporate to look at footage and listen to the whole conversation. This happened at 6:30 eastern time at the Loganville location on June 17,2024.

The customer service absolutely sucks. I went in and bought a game for $18 just to find out that they gave me the wrong disk and when I called the only solution they gave me was come back and then hung up. Absolutely terrible, I will not be going back.

The manager is SOOOO RUDE!!! This is the closest GameStop to us and every time we come in there he refuses to greet us. He flipped the screen over at me very aggressively and was yelling at me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

This evening, my son's and I stopped in to this location for a quick purchase of a few games. We never expected to receive the absolute best service from Nate. While my son's shopped, I stood near the front door watching his professional interactions with other clients. When we approached the desk he delivered phenomenal service across the board as he did with the others before us. I knew from his friendly demeanor he enjoyed servicing the customers. He's a great asset to your organization and should be rewarded for his outstanding and exceptional customer service.

It's 6:30pm and I drove a distance in the rain (also dark) and the store is closed. There is a sign that read "will return at 7:27".
This is a huge inconvenience and a lost sale.

Went in to sell ps4, games, and other ps4 accessories. Associate was on her phone didn’t care to buy back our trade in stuff. Kept trying to send me to Buford to another chain to sell it. Also referred me to just sell it all privately. I wasn’t interested in going that route that’s why I came in here. We were going to upgrade to a ps5 and she didn’t want to make that sale either. Man what a strange way to do business. Last time we will be coming here.

When I call they don’t pick up this is very horrible for the company.Because everytime I got to GameStop they not that busy so when I call multiple times to ask a question they don’t answer. And plus whenever I’m there they really don’t pick up the phone whenever it rings either .

Showed up to get last minute gifts and the person working decided to take a break right before closing. Came back at 8:57 after waiting 30 mins for her to come back and when she opened the door with three families standing outside she said y'all have 3 mins before we close. Then found out when I got home they up'd the prices for the holidays. Seriously horrible management and ownership.

I’m new to the area but have been impressed by the customer service at this store. My 2.5-yr old daughter wanted me to be Mario for Halloween, but we had a family emergency that kept me from buying any sort of costume. I called this location on Halloween day, and they set aside the only thing they had which was a Bowser hat. But before I came into purchase that hat, they had a Mario cap arrive in a distribution box, and the employee set it aside for me in case I was able to make it back before closing. I can’t express how much that thoughtfulness meant for me to be able to surprise my kids with the perfect hat on Halloween. My daughter had not forgotten she wanted me to be Mario, and I’m grateful for the service here to make that possible for us.
