I love the encouragement that everyone here gives! When you are out they are asking why and encouraging you to get back to the gym! Donna makes it fun with challenges that get the competitive part of me in high drive. My favorite part is that you can alter/substitute any part of your work out to fit your level!

I needed to put a stop to the “COVID 19” that I was gaining while staying home last May, so I messaged Flex Body Shop for help. The owner responded quickly, assured me that the proper COVID measures were taking place and the gym had a family feel. All of those expectations have been met and exceeded. I love this gym!

I have been so impressed with this gym! The gym is super clean, and everyone follows the CDC guidelines. I came in during a 6 week challenge, and I feel so much better than I have in a very long time. Donna has show me different exercises to fit my needs. I feel so comfortable at Flex Body Shop!!! I am so glad that I made this healthy choice. I can tell a difference in 5 weeks!!!
