Called ahead and had an appointment. The tires had to be brought in and were ready when I arrived. They checked the existing tread and applied a credit saving me more money. Alignment was out on one axle so they corrected it too. Finished and done in the expected time. Out for the expected price. Location is also easy to enter and exit.

Fast service , 2 guys worked on my truck at the same time. Completed my tire rotation and rebalance within 15 minutes. Good job guys!!!!

This place is a gem. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. After trips to 4 other tire shops they repaired my tire for free and within 45 minutes. Very friendly staff and the team works very well together. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Keep up the great work. God Bless!!!

So I needed tires but didn’t have the money at the time to pay for them. I had an account with Affirm. Nicholas helped me with pay for the tires through Affirm.
It was so busy ( the day before the 4 th of July). People kept coming through the door. However, all the agents remained calm, professional
And friendly.
Thank you Nicholas for making sure I got new tires at a reasonable price. Your customer service is outstanding! ?

Man! These guys are awesome! I was dreading having to deal with a tire store but I was pleasantly surprised with Tyler and his team. Tyler listened to me and my concerns. He showed me some tires he suggested and explained why he recommended them. He never once tried to oversell me... Which I truly appreciate. They got my truck in immediately and even replaced all my locking lug nuts for free. They have made a customer for life! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, most reviews left on Google are to highlight negative experiences. But this is the completely opposite case here.
The display of courtesy and professionalism began with my initial conversation with Benjamin. And only continued once in store. His price quote was accurate and his finish time for my project was accurate. The technicians that worked on my vehicle were also friendly and engaging. They politely answered all questions I had.
Benjamin did not know that when I was calling him I was in the parking lot of their Conyers location which is only 10 minutes from me. I had just walked out because of ther customer service. I drove 30 additional minutes to the Loganville location. Believe me it was worth it and I'll do it again.
Thanks Benjamin and the technicians.
Discount Tire Loganville it is for me from now on!

Compared to Sam’s Club still a huge savings of 40% on my tires. Plus they got me same day I called and give you free rotation every 5k miles! Also both Patten and Tyler were very professional and thorough. Highly recommend this store for your tire needs!!

Took my tire to get changed. The associate told me it the lug nut was seized, that he may not be able to get it off. I say ok, that's fine, try it. The stud breaks. I'm okay with all that, since he warned that could happen.
But then as I'm driving off he tells me "it's safe to drive." Sounds fishy, so I look online and it's NOT safe to drive for long. If he told me, "hey, you're gonna go need to get this fixed, it's not safe for long", I would have said ok. But to say that only 4 out of 5 lugs being there and it's safe to drive indefinitely, or at least to insinuate that that's the case based on his wording, that is not okay. 1 star for being misinformed.

Had the complimentary rotation. Noted a clicking noise once I got home so back to Discount tire. Even though the bays were full, the 2 young guys, Chris and Tim? another fellow immediately took off the tire, diagnosed the issue and fixed it right then! No wait! Awesome service.

The staff upfront were very courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable of the services they provide. Unfortunately the staff who actually put the tires on are in need of some training or better equipment. I had Toyo Proxes R888R put on and they managed to scratch and damage both my back wheels. I am currently dealing with their insurance claims department to get this fixed.

My visit to Discount Tire exceeded my expectations. This location was easy to get to, clean, and very professional service. Collin took great care of me with a level of customer service that is rare. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me exactly what I needed at an excellent price. If Collin isn't the manager, he should be. Thank you for impeccable service. I will be back.
