We came here for my daughter's 5th birthday to get her ears pierced. She was SO excited to get it done. The employees were so helpful, sweet, and patient with her. She didn't realize how much it would hurt and backed out of the second piercing, but they were incredibly gentle with her. They understood that she was scared and gave her time to adjust. I even got my septum pierced, hoping it would convince her to get the other ear. ( a very smooth piercing btw) But she didn't end up getting it. But we will be back when she's ready to get the other one. She was SO brave, and I'm so grateful for the staff and their hospitality! Kali was our piercer, and she was assisted by Jordyn. They're both beautiful lovely people, and we will definitely be returning! Also, the atmosphere is adorable!!

Highly recommend this tattoo shop! Staff is professional and friendly and answers any questions you have!! I got the pleasure working with Robin and she is amazing she listens to what you want and is very detailed!! 10/10 experience

Just got my third piece done by Blue Siren. Each one has been a great experience! I've also had several piercings done there.
I highly recommend this place. very clean, welcoming, and friendly!

Took my daughter for a nose piercing. It was a very pleasant experience. She has gotten two done at this location, and we appreciate the friendly staff, decor, music, and cleanliness of this establishment.

I meant to review sooner but I guess now is better than never.Everyone here is so friendly and I would recommend this place every time. I went here for my first tattoo and had a great experience. I have gotten two tattoos here, by two different artists. The birds were done by Robin and the Forget-Me-Knots were done by Estella. Both are amazing artists and super sweet! By far my favorite tattoo shop!

Just left from trying to get my nose ring replaced since it fell out from the last time she put it in. I was told I didn’t need to make an appointment. Two girls came in after me, and got pulled first. I wasn’t even acknowledged by the piercing lady. I waited almost an hour. There is no piercing in the world that takes that long. I was told that they were just talking and she’d be out in a second. I’ve been here multiple times for service, my son as well. However, I won’t come back to a business that doesn’t value my time.

I got a memorial piece done and they listened to all the key elements I wanted! Now I have my grandma's handwriting telling me she loves me to infinity and beyond! As well as some of her favorite flowers. The art is beautifully done and I can't wait to come back and get more done here!

Got my first ever tattoo here yesterday! Robin was my artist and she is absolutely amazing. I was very nervous, but her calm attitude made me feel so much better. She made sure to check in with me, took breaks, and made me feel so comfortable. The four hours I was there literally flew by as it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Everyone from the shop that I came in contact with were so welcoming. So happy this was my experience for my first tattoo, and I will definitely be coming back to Robin for more.

Had a great experience overall. I tried to call early a little after opening time but never heard from anyone. I showed up to see if I could just walk in and get pierced. When I showed up I was greeted like i was family. I was told Comcast had the internet down in the area and thats why phones were not working. This didn't stop the shop from conducting business professionally. Kali the shop piercer made the whole experience great and keeps you extremely comfortable while you are getting stabbed with needles. I will be returning for repeat business the way this shop conducts business professionally and comfortably. Thank you.Service: Piercings
