It was cold that night and without a jacket, he installed the battery AND helped me with my driver's side rear turn signal light. He didn't try to brush me off, his compassion and understanding for my situation was so unexpected and GREATLY Appreciated!! If you need help and he's not at this store, he told me his normal store is the one in Buford & I plan to go there... After this, I don't want anyone else to help me. He deserved a raise and more ??????”
“Dropped into O'Reilly's for a battery for an ATV. Wasn't exactly sure what the model number of the battery was. So the gentleman behind the counter was helpful with looking up the year and model of the ATV was able to find the battery in store purchase it and installed in the four wheeler same afternoon. So if it didn't work bring it back and they would replace it. Decent price great service we will see you again O'Reilly's”
