Today I went into the bank to cash a check. I only went here because I was unaware of their non members fee of 8$.
The teller Nicole asked me where is my bank at I just looked at her in confusion because who ask that to a stranger. After no respond from me she started raising her voice at me and pointing at me telling me is a fee for those who don’t have an account here. my response to her question was that my mom banks here. I quietly told her that she was rude and she should not point her finger at people. I was a bit disturbed after this. I would never go back here. I wonder how they treat people that actually bank with them. Bad customer service, may have gained a new customer if I wasn’t treated rudely for no reason.

It started with opening up an account with an employee a week ago, only to have it closed because they didn't follow proper procedures for opening an account for a minor (student). Money was funded to both of these new accounts and now we have the inconvenience of waiting for a direct deposit from an employer to be returned and waiting on a check to be issued from the funds in the account that was closed. Now I have second doubts about trusting this company with my business and personal and family needs. What a big disappointment and inconvenience as a customer. There is no telling how long it will take yo receive the money via check in the mail. Employees should know the correct procedures to opening up new accounts. The employee has now made me question their trustworthiness and I find it hard to business with shady practices. Know one knows what that employee was doing and why......

Ms. Harris was immensely helpful. Despite some complications on my end, she was quick to find a solution and make banking with BoA possible for us. 5 star service!

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! Worst customer service of any BOA. Nobody knows what they are doing. Spent hours trying to get someone to help accomplish one simple task. The assistant manager was very unhelpful and rude. The associate was mean, hateful and accusatory. She refused to help a customer of 30 years, stating I raised my voice, which was nonsense. Today’s encounter resulted in Bank of America losing a long time customer.

What a joke...why is bank of america closed at 2pm in the middle of the day??so if you have to cash a check and need the money right then your screwed and have to wait all the way until Monday?that is ridiculous..I understand at like 4 or 5 but 2pm!??

We just stopped in to get some documents notarized. We were next in line & had to wait for 15 minutes while the bank employee chatted with a woman about a stolen bank card. Then another person walked up and asked her something and we were left standing there. We just left & went to Wells Fargo. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Customer service at this bank location is horrendous. Tellers don't seem to have enough knowledge of their position and the manager isn't of any help either. I think it's time we take our money and leave big banks. I've been a Bank of America account holder for 15 years and there is no loyalty to the customer. Do yourself a favor and find a local credit union instead.

0 stars, absolute worst experience I have ever had at with Bank of America was at this Loganville Ga location. Michelle said welcome when I entered. I asked why the drive thru were not open. Michelle's reply was where have you been they've been closed 5 yrs. Then she said theirs other ways to do your banking don't you know. I went to the teller she was awesome. Then I finished and came back to Michelle and simply said I didn't appreciate her curtness and theirs other ways to treat your customers. Michelle replied have a nice day sarcastically. I said you know your not the only bank? Michelle replied that's your choice. I am now searching for a new banking home after over 20 yrs. I do everything online but today had to go in. Your reviews on this location are not the most positive. Maybe BOA should make some changes. Those on top can be those on the bottom over night. Very upset customer. Brian

Guard standing out doors but 2 people stood at the atm for 15 minutes. Loganville has gone down hill. If you can’t use an atm go inside

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I deposit a check and 2 weeks later they won't release the funds. I go to the bank and they tell me one thing. I do exactly as they say and am told the complete opposite and told they are not able to help me. I am contacting my attorney to handle this simple transaction because obviously this bank can't get it together. I would definitely not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

Bank ofAmerica never ceases to amaze me with their ridiculous charges. I came here for three cashiers checks ( one for a dollar, the second for three dollars and the third for four hundred dollars) and was asked to pay $15 for each cashiers check! They expected me to pay $15 for a $1 cashiers check! Absurd!If there was a zero stars I will give it to this bank. Came here to cash and deposit a check and was told I couldn’t cash the check because it was from another bank but that my funds will be available overnight. Only to get an alert on my account saying that the funds are on hold till April first. Well my freaking bills aren’t on hold so you guys can give me back my money so I actually deposit it somewhere I can have immediate access to MY money. You can’t hold people’s money hostage. Always some d*** ish when I go to BOA. It’s really time for me to close my account with them.
