“I’ll tell you one thing about this shop. These guys DO NOT quit until you are fully satisfied. I had a warranty job I needed these guys to handle and they have exceeded expectations. I took my 2018 white Chevy Silverado in to have it checked as I know these transmissions tend to go out. I got a clean bill of health on the transmission but they found a stuck valve in oil pump. No problem. It’s under warranty and even if it wasn’t these guys are so very willing to work with you. This is one of the few honest shops that does everything the right way and by the book. I’m a mechanic myself so I know what to look for and I’m familiar with all processes and these guys take ZERO short cuts. I know I’m not the easiest to work with I have my own shops and I don’t have the ability to leave my truck for an extended period of time or else my shop stays closed and I lose revenue. These guys opened up on a Saturday to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied so I could return to work Monday. Do not go anywhere else. If you have the option to choose Frankys DO IT. I don’t trust anyone with my vehicles but I’m happy I can no longer say that. And a special shout out to the owner Gabriel. So professional, kind, thorough. I’m glad someone is out here doing it right. Good job guys!!!!”

I made the deal over the phone for a 2024 Yukon Denali Ultimate with the very knowledgeable and professional salesperson, Jeff. When I took delivery the next day, the General Manager introduced himself to me as well as other salespeople in addition to Chris, the finance manager. I took delivery, signed papers, and went over the many vehicle features (with Eric, another salesman- super helpful) in 90 minutes. I will definitely go back to Colonial to buy another GMC! Cannot recommend highly enough!”
