βCalled Benztek Thursday after my CLS 550 wouldnβt start. I was able to get it towed to the shop, after hours, and received a call the next morning, it was the battery. I had my car back Friday afternoon. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!β
βI realize that Saturdays are very busy. My vehicle was accommodated. An evaluation was performed quickly and I was given the results. More repairs were needed before a front end alignment could be made. Repairs were made. Drives like a new vehicle.β

βAMAZING customer service , you literally canβt find service like his anymore . I have a 2004 TSX which had a bunch of complicated stuff I had no idea about, but I talked on the phone with Joe for about three days Trying to figure out which harness I need exactly. Each call he took his time To give me knowledge on things and do research with me. Even after I bought the wiring harness, he still contacted me to make sure everything was going good with the install. I had some issues while installing, but he walked me through everything and now it works. Highly recommend going to Joseph for great knowledge and great work ??β

I to my 2008 Nissan Titan to them based on the outstanding reviews to have my transmission rebuilt (275,000 miles), then several months later had an issue resulting from a leak and my overfilling the transmission. They fixed the issue and went beyond to make sure that I would not have it again. Most say they help with warranty issues, but Hi-Tech truly cares about the customer and does everything they can not only to fix the original problem, but to fix any issues that come up even if it was partially the customer's fault! βIβll tell you one thing about this shop. These guys DO NOT quit until you are fully satisfied. I had a warranty job I needed these guys to handle and they have exceeded expectations. I took my 2018 white Chevy Silverado in to have it checked as I know these transmissions tend to go out. I got a clean bill of health on the transmission but they found a stuck valve in oil pump. No problem. Itβs under warranty and even if it wasnβt these guys are so very willing to work with you. This is one of the few honest shops that does everything the right way and by the book. Iβm a mechanic myself so I know what to look for and Iβm familiar with all processes and these guys take ZERO short cuts. I know Iβm not the easiest to work with I have my own shops and I donβt have the ability to leave my truck for an extended period of time or else my shop stays closed and I lose revenue. These guys opened up on a Saturday to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied so I could return to work Monday. Do not go anywhere else. If you have the option to choose Frankys DO IT. I donβt trust anyone with my vehicles but Iβm happy I can no longer say that. And a special shout out to the owner Gabriel. So professional, kind, thorough. Iβm glad someone is out here doing it right. Good job guys!!!!β
βSo glad this shop is in Loganville! Itβs somewhat of a hidden gem behind Sky Collision on Hwy 81. Been a Walton Co resident since 2008 and living in Loganville since 2015 and have been to many other automotive shops. Hands down West Walton is a cut above the rest. Quality work, never too long of a wait to get on the schedule and very fair prices. While I really appreciate quality work and a fair price, what I most respect and value is the earnest care and consideration that Curtis, the owner, shows his customers. I was in a pinch a few weeks ago: battery died in the Home Depot parking lot. It was a Friday, we had just gotten back from vacation and we had a ton of stuff to do to get ready for the weekend. I called West Walton explained the situation, Curtis got on the phone, gave me some advice to call OβReillyβs explained they might be able to help and said if they couldnβt install the battery then to come to his shop. Long story short, brought the battery to West Walton, Curtis sent one of his guys out to the parking lot and I was ready to go in under 10 min. Been using them for a couple years now and this is just one example of the great service Iβve experienced over and over again at this shop. I take all my family's cars here now.β
βThe people at this garage are above any dealership. They truly care about the people that are there to get help. They helped me get my car in good shape to make a 900 mile trip to my new home and made my recently deceased husband's truck ready to head north also. They are carrying and more than understanding. Their work is better then just good. I recommend them to anyone who has issues with their vehicle.β

They go above and beyond with everything. Top notch customer service! The work they do there is amazing! My truck looks brand new again! Lastly, Joey is amazing! βFound this shop through a Google search in my area. Mom & Pop/family-owned vibes. They quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed my car. They didn't bust my head with pricing, fair and similar to a previous quote I received from another shop. A little bit of a wait but I did not mind given that I was a walk-in with other cars ahead of me. Mechanic and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.β

βreally good guys working there. i had a car shop tryin to scam me out of 1000βs saying so many things was wrong with my car. i went to them they observed it all & noticed that car shop was moving stuff around to cause issues with my car. they found the issue which was only 300 dollar fixed & handled it within a hour. so grateful for there help & integrity! i now refer all my friends & family to them.β
βTHL did my engine RR on my 2009 Ford F150. Their attention to detail and on time delivery made the experience awesome. They also rebuilt the front suspension on my Grand Marquis and rear suspension on my Ford Explorer! Highly recommend!β
