Charged double what the item cost to do an alteration, hemline wasn't cut straight, and the dress was altered too short.

It cost me 20.00 to just have 3 things pressed. I felt that was expensive and it took 4 days to get them back.

Extremely rude!! I had my mom go to drop off my comforter here to have it dry cleaned. When she pulled up, they lifted my comforter like it was a bag of sewage, threw it on the floor and dusted their hands off like it carried HIV.My mom was unaware that they required payment upfront, and when she mentioned that to them, they threw the comforter back in her car and turned around. We wanted to try this place because of convenience, but I would rather drive 30 minutes out of the way to actually be treated like a paying customer rather than an inconvenience.

The negative reviews are genuine. I tried them years ago, had a bad experience, gave them another shot, which was a mistake.1) They are expensive, likely due to their 'convenient' location - next to Kroger.2) They refuse service for the stupidest reasons, because they are lazy and don't want to do it. They could be nice and say 'So sorry, our workload is too much right now, we can't accomplish this task.' But no.3) Super rude and unprofessional.A minute down the road is a lovely Cleaner Shop - on the corner of 81 and Claude Brewer. Even more convenient, less crowded, easy to park, kind, professional, thorough, and has cute dogs.Won't be going back to Art Cleaners for dry cleaning, alterations, or anything else. Won't be giving them another chance.Service: Alterations

You never know who will walk through your doors. I come from a long line of history-making human beings. My first time walking in with some curtains to have them clean. This lady was so rude, she asked for my name and etc. After going through the process she turns around and tells me "HOUSEHOLD" that will be 70 and later say to me U have to pay that now N her heavy tone. I had more coming I will never GRACE THIS ESTABLISHMENT " MY Chinese GRANDMOTHER WAS NEVER SHOCKED by the way the Asian community treats mixed children in America or anywhere else.

Let me start by saying if I could give a negative 1, that’s exactly what I would score this place. My husband and I have recently moved to the Loganville, GA area. We absolutely love it. We’ve been in discussion about finding a new dry cleaners closer to our new homes and decided to try Art Cleaners. Today, we pulled into the drive-thru of Arts Cleaners and an Asian woman came to assist. We told her we had some items which needed cleaning and wanted to know the cost. She began to take my clothes as she stated it would depend on items being cleaned. This was understandable as my previous dry cleaners were the same way. She tallied up my clothes (13 pieces: 5 Jeans, 2 T-Shirts, 3 Maxi Dresses and 3 sweatshirts) and then told us the cost was $89 and if we pre-paid then we would get 10% off. My husband thought this was too much so I told the woman, “no thank you ma’am, that’s too much for us”. I shared we would take our clothes back to our old cleaners. She proceeded to then grab my clothes and throw them back at me (including dropping a piece on the floor). I didn’t want to make a scene but how rude and unprofessional. I will continue to spread the bad customer service and unprofessionalism I experienced with this place!! I’m big on respect, professionalism and providing good customer service. You definitely won’t get great service here!!

I am a 27 year Law Enforcement Officer and for my entire career I have use dry cleaners for my uniforms. Since the opening of the Art Cleaners in Loganville I have recieved great service, with the counter clerk and speed of cleaning and the clerk is very professional. The prices are fair with the end result at high level. Will not use another cleaner in Loganville. Thank you for the job you do for me.Lt. John FainService: Alterations
