With Amy Smith as Mini Mall Loganville facility specialist, I am ever assured of overall, excellent services. No moment have I had an issue for which Ms. Smith would be involved, that she hasn't responded extemporaneously. The over a decade I've been served by the facility and seen new owners and managers and supervisors come and go attest to my currently pleasant care under Amy. One firstly notices Ms. Smith's smiles and attention, in which she literally sets aside that which she may be doing in lieu of attention to you. Then comes the facility's tidiness. I come to the site knowing I will ever be welcomed by its cleanliness. Ms. Smith's meeting me and always asking whether or not services are working out well for me and if there's anything with which I would like for her to assist pertinent to the services simply implies her excellent interactions with a client. Overall, Amy's friendly disposition coupled by her welcoming demeanor and ever workaholic attitude adds to the summary of her profound importance at the facility. Under her supervision, I am proud of being served by Mini Mall.

I have had a unit and or parking for several years. I have been here through all of the owners and employees and Amy at Mini Mall Storage is the best yet by landslide! Nothing bad against the other employees or owners. She is friendly, caring, and takes care of us like we are all her family. She keeps the place clean and goes out of her way to make sure we have water and are cool on hot days. The prices are better than anywhere around and yes the fees suck but they still come in under the competition. I have been here since the first owners owned this place and I tell it like it iz. 5 starz for Amy at Mini Mall Storage.

I was real hesitant on bringing my belongings to this establishment. I came to ask questions and see how big the units were. I came in and was warmly welcomed by Amy. She went above and beyond showing me 4 units, and reassured me that she would do everything she possibly could that my belongings would be safe. Amy was very relatable and truly amazing! I have since moved in, and I did give it 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one day I couldn’t get into the gate and I had to take all my belongings back and put them in my garage and take the rental truck back which was a big inconvenience for my family and I. Each and every time that I have come up there she has always been attentive my needs and I appreciate her for being very dedicated to what she does, but also taking pride in helping others. Come here and ask for Amy, you will not be disappointed! Tell her I sent you!

I have rented a storage unit at the Loganville Mini Mail Storage facility on Pecan Street. My late Wife Susan had been storing items there from time to time and when she passed on the People at Mini Mail Storage worked with me during one of the hardest times of my life. I can't not ever say enough about the love that they have given to me as they treated me like Family. I needed to store some things, I live in Stone Mountain which is a 25 minute drive from the Loganville Mini Mail Storage facility, but I thought of them about a storage unit. I went out to see Amy to catch up with her , she is the Manager there. She explained the offers as to the units, the security system upgrades and I already knew the cleanliness of the units. She runs a clean business.
I am extremely happy to have my things stored there at the Mini Mail Storage facility in Loganville. Amy is an excellent Person and Manger as well are those who are working above her.

Amy was amazing in this process. Patient, answered all questions, and was excellent in calling back, preparing the unit, and explaining pricing, discounts, etc. Too flight customer service. If you need a unit in this area, call Amy asap!

I used Mini Mall Storage and having great experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the rental process smooth and straightforward. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the access hours could be a bit more flexible. Overall, I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage for anyone in need of a reliable storage solution.

Im trying to provide an honest, fair review.
The price, location, and move in special is what attracted me to mini mall storage.
Getting started with renting from here was a rocky start.
The physical location on Pecan St isn't always manned according to sales rep, which I find to be inconvenient should immediate issues arise. It's also good to have a real, knowledgeable human on site to give tours and answer questions related to actual location in addition to being able to routinely inspect and maintain often.
The sales reps (I dealt with two) were pleasant enough, but tech issues with even getting started and my code not initially working for two days was cause for rocky start. Everything has been ok so far with entering and leaving.
When selecting my unit, it was purely a phone-guided tour.
First two units I saw weren't actually rent-ready (needed work), but the third was and finally settled on it.
Facility itself is ok, plenty to choose from and not overall run down like some places.
Big reason for three stars was the bill. I am getting unexplained "recurring charges" on top of rent and insurance and I couldnt find any relevant information. I never received a formal, spelled out rental agreement describing all charges like my last storage place did. Any staff reading this, care to explain?
Three solid stars for decent storage place for decent price, but the extra unexplained charges?
