As seen in the photos included, I had to get that dent removed from the trunk of my car. I just picked it up today and AJ's did an AWESOME job. I'm mean perfect! I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto paint and body needs. AND...the price was very reasonable. Definitely 5-star service!

Amazing experience esp when dealing with a horrible insurance company from the driver who was at fault. Great receptionist who even drove me to the rental car to pick it up when it was too late for them to pick me up on a Friday. Went above and beyond! Would recommend!

So my daughter got in car accident and Geico referred this shop even though I was wanting to go to a different shop. But no one wanted to work with geico. I mean no one. So unfortunately I had no choice but to go to this shop when we were supposed to pick up the car which they said it was ready. It was not. If I hadn’t gone with my daughter they would have fully take advantage of her I will provide photos and video if anyone needs. I will attached some to this Google review. So when I checked the car the right hand side was still smashed in, behind the light it was supposed to be repaired and they did only the left side of the car. Not only that all her dashboard lights were on and they were saying it was because of maintenance. This is a 2021 Toyota Corolla has only been to Toyota for maintenance. No where else and the car was fine before she got hit. They kept saying they were going to do right by her and pay for her rental because they messed up. In the end they did nothing to her car. Even the side that they put a new light in. The light was not working. I really recommend when dealing with geico look for a shop you truly trust or go through your own insurance to fight geico. Because this shop sucks. To be completely honest. They got paid and did a terrible job and caused more damage. They tried to clear all the light when we drove it in the parking lot the dashboard lit up again. Which means there was something internally wrong. The people here don’t care as long as they get paid. So today I picked up the car and got it towed to Toyota while I was there I got approached by AJ who owns the shop regarding the Google review. Now let’s me clear he was upset and called me a liar. So here is my proof. I called caliber Collision who fixed my Nissan and they told me a collision shop needs to do a full diagnostic on the vehicle before they do work on the car. Full diagnostic AJs fully only focused on the damage and did not run a diagnostic. When I get on my desktop I will post the videos and the way the other half of the car was still pushed in from the accident. I will also post how my daughter was last seen at Toyota and they did a full inspection of the car and nothing was wrong. They tried to give the car back with the abs light on, the check engine light, transmission light on and then tried to clear it and have my daughter drive off in it and it immediately came back on. You know how unsafe that is. So you tell me was I in the wrong for posting this google review no. Do the job and do it correctly. Then when I asked for all the paperwork regarding purchase of parts and what was actually done with the car. The office manager advised she needed two days to give that to me. Keep in mind the file was on her desk and she had a copy machine right behind her. Suspect to me. They stated they guarantee their work, they didn’t hand me no guarantee lifetime warranty on their work. After my google review the office manager than calls my daughter and tries to say they found hair fragments from a deer. Y’all are definitely reaching and trying to cover your basis. I’m one of those people with receipts. So when we go home I definitely post receipts.

My car was left in the shop due to repairs for over a month. I had no problem with the length of time I had a good amount of damage. My problem is that I left a pair of tennis shoes in there and now nobody knows where they are. Aj has always been great with me but I don’t think he can vouch for his team or the 3rd party detail team he has come to the shop. There are no cameras in the workshop so there is also no accountability DONT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR YOU CARE ABOUT. Somebody is stealing & nobody can find out who. This matter is still unresolved.

My new truck was damage bad and when i took it to A J which have always worked on my family cars i was like worried a little, but he knocked it out of the park again and the deadline to be finished he beat it by 4 days.
