I needed 6 trucks of red fill dirt. What I received was not red and was mostly rocks with tons of trash in it. Plastic bags, 2x4 chunks, wooden stakes, bricks, etc. They charge full retail price for extrenely poor quality fill dirt. The communication was terrible : they were supposed to deliver all in one day, but it took them 3 days and each day no one contacted us to tell us this. We never knew when to expect our deliveries. I will not be returning for any of my future projects.

I have used 81 Inert landfill for yard trash for nearly a decade, until today, 9/1/23. The online information indicated they closed at 4pm today. I arrived at 3pm with my pick-up truck load of yard trash. Surprisingly, I was told they closed at 2pm because of the holiday on Monday. I tried reasoning with the young man there, told him I was a long-term customer, and asked if I could just pay cash and unload. I was refused. I drove to Winder to another Inert landfill that will now be my landfill of choice. My business may be insignificant but it will now go to Winder. The 81 Inert Landfill website claims that customer needs come first but that was not my experience today.

Please do not get ripped off by these people. I spent nearly $2,000 on gravel, which showed up and was mostly dirt. I tried to contact the owner who will not answer now

If you want gravel you better specify that you want gravel and NOT crushed concrete or you will get the crushed concrete even though you said nothing about it and say you wanted grave. Also the load of gravel I ordered but came as crushed concrete was smaller than the new load of actual gravel I bought from another company even though the concrete is lighter than the gravel. Beware those hiding behind Christ to get you to do business with them. In fact run when you see this behavior. Wouldn't use again but I'm glad I did because I found the other gravel company in Monroe who did me right and gave me what I paid for.

81 was excellent! They gave me a great price on topsoil and fill dirt and saved me $300 by with gravel crushed 57. Sales was awesome and scheduled me next day. Communication was superior: Let me know when they were loading, driver called and was friendly and helpful. The Driver smoothed out the gravel like it was butter. He was a magician. Ask for J! I recommend this place to all of my friends and family who are looking for gravel and dirt. Highest approval and recommendation! Thank you so much 81! I will be using yall again!

Ordered gravle for a driveway I was talked out of what I wanted and told I wanted recycled concrete. They sned me a picture of a spreader truck spreading it. When they arrived rheyvsaid they couldn't spread it with the truck. Also the rock was very poor quality. There was no uniformity to the size at all. They were very large chunks from softball sized up. They charged me 550 for a truck they wasn't full. I could have hauled the amount the dropped of with a sma dump trailer. Not a fan of these guys.

We contacted 81 because we needed guidance in what kind of gravel to use for an extra parking area next to our house. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about what we needed and patiently walked us through the process. Once we decided on what would suit our needs best, Greg scheduled the delivery and remained in contact with us through the delivery process. The driver he sent to make the drop was just as knowledgeable and executed the drop perfectly. I would highly recommend 81 to anyone looking for a yard project and needing a service they can provide.

Thank you very much for the assistance on my project! Delivered on-time and communicated well to keep me informed. Driver was top tier: I remarked driver, “was a magician as he exhibited superior spreading skills & saved me the cost of a skid steer estimated at over $1000 plus! Sales was enthusiastic, responsive and helped me select a material that was less expensive and better suited for my situation, asked questions to help me make an educated decision. All-in-all a first class experience! Definitely recommend!!!

I started a small project at home that turned out to get bigger as days went on. I contacted Greg at 81 for a price on some crusher run. I received a prompt response to my questions immediately. I then spoke to Victoria at the office and she collected my payment and location information. I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days but much to my surprise Daniel dropped off my materials within an hour. Great response time, friendly service, great prices and excellent materials.

Worst experience I’ve had as a contractor in this business. They delivered the wrong product and refused to correct it. Would not recommend these people EVER.
