I came in yesterday because I was needing another pair of stud earrings-given my nieces love to play with/in my jewelry. Tiffany greeted me instantly, was a big help and we carried on as if we were good friends. She showed me the choices that was within my price range and explained the quality. I ended up purchasing a pair of blue sapphire earrings. She is a real sweetheart and I will most certainly return back. She is what great customer service looks like and is a great asset to the company.

My wife and I have been shopping at Zales for years and have bought several pieces of jewelry for each other and we love every price and the customer service is super helpful and not pushy at all. We will not buy our jewelry anywhere else before we check at Zales at Tanger Outlets first. The necklace I bought my wife today she absolutely loves. Thank you lady's for all your help

I entered the store with a welcome from Lisa. Lisa was busy cleaning counters with windex. Russia the other sales person was organizing jewelry in the display cases. After assistance and my questions being answered to my satisfaction, I purchased a one carat set of diamond earrings. Lisa was my primary professional and Russia offered a second set of eyes. Tiffany helped me today find two sets of earrings. She was very informative and personable. She made sure I found the sets that were flattering, and not selling to just make a sale. She also cleaned my other jewelry and noticed my wedding set needed to be sent back for upkeep. I appreciate her knowledge and great attitude. She made spending all of my money not feel so bad…way to go Tiffany!

Ms. Lisa was very pleasant! Very professional and her taste is immaculate. I ended up buying items that I didn’t come into the store to purchase because her suggestive selling skills got me! And that’s a good thing. I was going to buy my Mom a cheap $60 necklace and ended up buying her $200 earrings, which is just what she needed. And the 3 piece gift set for my daughter in law was right on point. Ms. Lisa is definitely an asset to Zales.
