I hate writing bad reviews but I was told to wait 10 minutes for my order of chicken to be told after 15 minutes there is no 8 piece. The YT old women with glasses in the back was very rude. I will not be returning to this Publix Ever Again

This is by far the worst Publix I have ever been to in the country. Every time I come here they are out of everything, the store is messy, and there is 1 check out lane open with a line. I will drive 20 mins to Kroger before I come back here, it's pointless

I ordered a few items such as a Chicken Tender Pub Sub. It was good! Very messy but I had a lot of ingredients lol. I did Insta-cart curbside delivery and the guest associate brought it out with in one minute of me pulling up! The bags were label and separated accordingly. This Publix location has nice and polite workers and I've never had an issue with any products.

Love Publix. Wish we had one in Barnesville. I will go here if I'm doing a gourmet dinner because I know I can get what I need. Plus the staff is great.

I have shopped in this store since the day it opened and it has always had exactly what I need. In the off chance it didn't, the staff has always been able to make it happen for me. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and stocked. Manager Kelly is great for any questions any time. Very pleasant place to shop!

When Publix fills an RX, their website and app says that you can skip the pharmacy checkout line and go to to the Prepaid pickup window. See pics for where they are promoting this. Don't believe them...they don't do it. I go to the Locust Grove, GA store #1052 to pick up my 1 $2.07 RX. I walk past the line up to the Prepaid Pickup window. I am told by the person at the regular pickup window to go to the back of the line. I tell her no need to because I prepaid. She says there is no one to help me even though there are at least 5 other people working. I say I will just wait here. I am told that the 2 that can help me are both on the phone and they are too busy to help. So I stand there waiting on my prepaid RX while the snarky cashier helps every other customer except me. After they clear out all the other customers she tells me she can get me now. One of the other two that can help is off the phone but didn't even bother. Don't offer a service that you don't provide and then have nasty, mean girl staff make sure they don't help you. Complete customer service fail and unfriendly service on top of not delivering what service that you promised and promote. Also don't think you will get help from the Publix corporate office either. After 6 calls of being hung up on and transferred all over the place because there is no "CARE" in their Customer Care, I finally was able to leave a message for a "Mike Chavez" over the Pharmacy services for store #1052. Did he give me a call back? No he did not. And based on Publix's total lack of caring about the customer, I am sure I won't hear from him tomorrow either.

I went there on Sunday July 12. I purchased a watermelon, I only checked it on one spot for ripeness. I also purchased the ready to cook chicken with spinach and feta as stuffers. The date on those was July 17, (today is the 14th). On Monday I took the Watermelon out to cut it and realized it was bad. I went back to the store putting the watermelon, still double bagged behind the drivers seat. It basically blew up. All over the carpet, it is disgusting. I told the young man at the desk how bad it was. He didn't even seem to hear me. Just told me to go ahead and get another one. No way, I asked for a refund. He gave me a gift card, to be fair, I just said I would prefer cash. Didn't insist on it. My car has been cleaned 3 times with Odoban. It smells worse every day. Never again. Cooked the chicken today, it looked terrible and smelled off. Going to let my husband test it. Not happy at all. Ingles it is!

I used to love this store, but the mgmt, enployees, and area/patrons have gone downhill. On my last visit there was a group of ppl in the parking lot loitering. Very loud, obnoxious trying to get attention. I went to the deli for a sub. One sub. There were 4 ppl making subs. It took 20 minutes. To make one sub. You can imagine how frustrated I was at this point. More unsavory patrons lined up behind me. Being loud, holding what should be a private conversation on full blast. They're ALWAYS out of meatballs for subs too. I go to checkout and this angry Haitian? Woman bagged my groceries. I said hello and smiled twice. She stared at me. I tried to help slide groceries down where she could reach. She stopped bagging altogether and just looked at me like I had done something wrong. Not really sure who does the hiring here. They should better examine potential employees. Then again I already know mgmt doesn't care because of my deli experience. I now go to the one on hwy 20 only. Much better mgmt and CSRs.

Not my regular neck of the woods or shopping choice, but I was passing through with someone else and not actually shopping myself. The customer service desk had a new employee working the area, so it wasn't the smoothest transaction, but every employee that passed by the customer service area (Manager included) was very helpful at trying to get the task completed. I understand that the world doesn't revolve round me and appreciate good, honest effort and that's what I got. The Publix prices did quickly remind me why I don't shop there, but we all make choices and have our favorites.

Love publix the produce is always fresh and the meat is awesome never a complaint. And I have to say the customer service is outstanding. When they say itva pleasure to shop there they are correct. If you want a product they don't carry tell the manager and most likely they will get it.

The worst customer service experience at the customer service's desk. One of their manager, Terry, was there. Did not even acknowledge my presence as I walked up to the desk and waited behind another customer. Another older gentlemen who was working the entrance welcomed me and asked what I need help with. He was extremely helpful. So another associate helped me with my western union request. Took forever. Long story short, sender's name is somewhat irrelevant since it's a relative. I was asked for my name over and over again. This was after I told the associate that I usually get it done under the name (head of my household) that's already in the system anyways. The process became longer and irritating. It ended not with my name as the sender and with what I requested in the first place. Then this associated ended the transaction with " Sorry, I wasted your time". Me:

I absolutely love this store!! Customer service is the best ever. I know I visit at least 2-3 times a week. The store is always clean. The cashiers want to know if you have found everything you need and are willing to make sure you are happy!! I have returned items and they are willing to refund or exchange items without any problems. Great place to shop!!!

I probably stop by here at least 2 times a week lol. Everyone is really friendly and the cashiers are really quick. They no longer double coupons but you can't Beat their BOGO sales. We also use them as our main pharmacy and they usually always have everything we need that same day. Every once in a while they have to order something but it usually comes in the next day. If you get your flu shot their, they usually give you a $10 gift card during flu season.
