I made an appointment online prior to my visit. I was interested in opening a business checking account. Obi was very rude from the moment she saw me in the lobby. I can tell that she and another banker had just finished a meeting with the manager. It appeared that she was upset with the outcome of the meeting because she brought her bad attitude right to me. She first said, "what can I do for you?" I told her that I was there for my 1:30pm appointment. She said, "come on, let me see what you need to do." I walked into her office. She then said, "I need two forms of ID." I handed her my DL and Truist debit card. She asked me about six different time if I had an account at Wells Fargo. I told her, "No." She kept pressing. Then I told her that she may see me on a profile with my mom & son or maybe even when I used to work for Wells Fargo years ago. I finally informed her for the last time that I do not have a bank account that I use for my personal use at Wells Fargo. She finally decided to move on. I won't go into every single detail of our interaction, but she was beyond rude and unprofessional. I sat in her position as a personal banker and business banker for other financial institutions and I would have never approached or interacted with a customer the way that she did with me. I was very close to asking for another banker to help me because I could not believe what I was experiencing with Obi. Because I did not want to start the process over with someone else, I just endured the mistreatment. She treated me like a nobody. I was planning to make a much larger deposit into my new account. But after dealing with her, I opted for a lesser amount. I will be sure to see other bankers at this location for my future banking needs.

Zach went above and beyond for customer service. He was patient and went well and above what he was supposed to do. Forever grateful!!

Honestly, I was apprehensive about coming here after reading all of the bad reviews about rude staff, but it is super close to my house so I decided to give it a shot out of convience. I made an appointment online and showed up a bit early, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was called right back at the time of my appointment by Katrice who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

Great customer service, the tellers and managers go above and beyond to help! for what I see it’s new people in the building and not the previous employees from years ago, it’s nice to see friendly faces when I go!

Please be careful banking with this location. The new bank manager does not follow Wellss Fargo company policy on transactions, and when she was confronted with that information, she stated that she follows her own interpretation of that policy. She is extremely unprofessional, and we were shocked on how rude she is to the customers.

This bank puts holds on CASH deposits! So unethical and unprofessional. This location has gone horribly downhill with no signs of improvement. Can’t stand this branch and WF’s awful policies.

Worst bank ever!!! never able to get anything done here!!! Have came here for around 6-7 times, because it’s close to my house. But seems like people here dont know how to work…always suggest me comeback or go to the other branch in Mcdonough… !!! Service in bank of america is so much better!!!

Wow! This branch is VERY unprofessional and rude. Sarcasm doesn't help any conversation be productive. The tone of voice is vital in the customer service and banking industry. The energy in this place is toxic. We planned to open another account and transition our primary (personal and business) banking to Wells Fargo for ease of access but after the past few weeks of poor service from this branch I'll keep our business where we're appreciated and at the very least talked to like decent professionals from decent professionals. I'll drive a journey for decent customer service. It's 2022, there are many options out here and it's simply the experience that sets the bar. Wells Fargo you need to do better at this branch.

I called in to speak with the Branch Manager. Apparently, she was the one who answered.You could tell she didn't want to be on this phone call from the moment she answered. Before I could explain my question, she already told me she couldn't help me. Of course, she didn't offer any alternatives or suggestions.Overall, extremely rude and I'm honestly surprised Wells Fargo Corporate would allow a branch to continue to do business with such low reviews.
