For heavens sake. Wells Fargo Locust Grove "SUCKS". Just sucks. Simply sucks. Some time ago i need a document notarized. The girl made a copy of the ORIGINAL and i needed the copy notarized. This heffa then said we can't notarize it. Buuuuuuuuuuuut you just made a copy of the original. Wtf. . Ok fine. I was pissed. Weeks and weeks go by and i find myself back at this same location. Hwy 155. I try not to deal with them. I'm a ATM kinda girl. The ATM is the only good customer service that is offered at this location. I give the ATM 5 stars. Anyhoo, i attempted to deposit CASH into my own damn the hell acct. And this chile asked me for id. TO DEPOSIT CASH IN MY OWN ACCT. What the Sam hell is this bullshit??!!!!?!? Y'all crazy af. I'm not laundering money dammit. I'm not a drug dealer dammit. Cash. Cash. Depositing cash IN MY OWN acct. i can not. Wells Fargo sucks. Y'ALL went behind our backs and opened up fake ckn acts and we the real ppl gotta go thru the bullshit. I'm going back to my relationship with the ATM. She don't ask me dumb shit.

I am VERYYYYY disappointed in the customer service that I recieved this morning while trying to deposit some money into my account. Cassandra was the most UNPROFESSIONAL bank teller that I have ever dealt with in the 5 years that I have been banking with Wells Fargo. I see that in the values of Wells Fargo it says in the "ethics" portion it states "We're committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and principled performance. We do the right thing, in the right way, and hold ourselves accountable." Where I see Cassandra go wrong is that she does NOT provide a principled performance. I really do understand people having bad days and not wanting to work but I am very sure that when you get hired that is one of the questions that is asked and Im very sure that she answered that she is not bothered by outside influences while she is at work. Also I see in the latter part of the ethics clause "We do the right thing, in the right way, and hold ourselves accountable." I believe that Wells Fargo should do something about this and hold Cassandra accountable for her mal attitude. I am already having a rough day as it is and for this to be happening it just completely ruins my day and just to let you know, I WILL BE BANKING ELSEWHERE. Have a blessed day, Brian :)

Did you know you can't be a musician and deposit your weekly cash tips without the staff looking at you like you're gross because they assume you're a stripper? Crazyyyyy. Nyla. You are rude and I won't be back to this location. All the tellers have terrible attitudes. Cassandra, petagaye and Nyla. I also can't believe how long it took them to count my fucking money and deposit it. P.S. if I was a stripper what's it to yaaaaa?

Went in to discuss a small business loan. The banker could not help herself but called a gentleman who does these loans for the bank. Apparently he is available by phone only. The gentleman implied that I would not qualify for a loan without getting any financial info from me. When in frustration I said to the banker " Don't you want to provide loans" she replied "Well of course we want to do loans how else can we pay to get our nails done." The next day the gentleman called to offer us a loan -NO WAY. Is this branch so used to people coming in who don't qualify for loans that they won't take the time to do some research when a qualified customer (been banking with them since 1991) shows up.

Have had a great experience here. Fantastic bankers and tellers.
