Josh assisted my husband and I today with adding a new line, and the experience was great from start to finish. The service was prompt, and the customer care Josh provided was excellent—he was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend working with him!

We had a great experience twice with Verizon and the Locust Grove, GA location. We were in and out quickly for our phone upgrades and the staff were very friendly!

Our experience at this store was wonderful. All the staff were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Bee was the one that helped the most with our purchases and setting up of our phones. She was wonderful! The store was very clean and had a good selection of phones available on hand. I highly recommend this store.
