I don’t know when Tommy Hilfiger turn into a rap, dance, rave party. They have a DJ right at the entrance of the store playing music so loud the entire building is shaking. I tried to go to the back to shop and I had to leave because I was getting a headache from the loud music. I get trying to look hip and stylish, but it does not need to be that loud. They are chasing away a large amount of clientele. I’m guessing they’re trying to cater to a specific type.

This was my first and last visit to this store. I am not sure if there is a disconnect with company policy and customer service but my experience was beyond unacceptable.

Shop to your hearts desire! Spacious store with amazing bargains. Best bargains on my trip to the outlet. Friendly staff and clean store. Three stars because the changing room is very unkempt... As attention was paid to the Store, so it should to the changing room. Nonetheless, I'll still check this place out when in Atlanta again.

No one greets you ever! Always looking and staring but never use words. Was in the store for at least 20 minutes not busy and not one person asked if needed help. Either walked by or continued folding clothes. Horrible staff needs a lot of improvement. I decided to leave my clothes on a stand and not spend my money where I didn’t feel welcome at . 8/20/21
