Amazing customer service! No stop, I really mean it…the customer service at this location deserves an award. 2 other employees I saw handling other customers also were equally great, clearly they have a HIGH standard. Keep it up!

Not very friendly at all. My thought process was everyone needs a job and why would you be rude to people who come to the store? My thoughts are next time I will just send it at my work

UPS you all need to do better with the type of individuals that you hire. I am truly disappointed in the customer service that I received from Bridget at this location, her nasty attitude should be addressed immediately. I came into the store to do a return for Shein, she advised me that I couldn't return it in a clear bag even though I had a QR code to return the item at no additional cost. Once I noticed she was getting frustrated, I said you know what don't worry about it I will just go to another store, so its whatever and as I proceeded to leave, she yells WHATEVER, I said excuse me? She said you heard me; I said can I please speak to the manager of the store, she said she's not here, I said can I have her contact information she said you can take the card. Moral of the story I ended up leaving and driving to the McDonough location and didn't have any issues with sending the items back. Again, you all really need to address the issue at hand with Bridget because working in customer service you should not be nasty to a customer at all, especially when they are being 100% respectful.
