Specifically, the lady waiting behind me was huffing & and puffing, causing me to feel very rushed & uncomfortable. Kimberly noticed & reassured me all was well. I was not in the store 5 mins max. Kimberly is a KEEPER!! Give that sweetie pie a raise!!”
