She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and went over, "Everything" from A - Z about rules, policies, and billing, and much more. Heather was very accommodating and offered supplies that might be needed based on the conversation she was overhearing with my sister and myself. “They are miraculous; very helpful, easy going and professional. We had a horrible experience trying to get our Uhaul UBox container delivered.. needless to say the 3rd party delivery person did not show up. It’s a holiday weekend and all the Uhaul’s were booked. Ms. Lee searched and found us a Uhaul. I can not thank them enough!! This was the second time we used this location. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.”

“Awesome place to drop. Its a drop n hook for Prime. Plenty of backing room, easy in and out. And best of all, a smiling security staff! Mr. Carter Johnson at the guard shack was pleasant and efficient as well as the others at the gate for in and out processing. It means so much to have a smile after driving through miserable winter weather in ID, WY, and NE. Will definitely be back.”

“There are many storage sizes to choose from which is great. Very easy to enter exit. Happy we got the "50% off rent for two month special!" Pleasant representative in office. The reason I gave a 4-star is because before we got the storage unit, we came by a couple times during business hours and no one was in the office.”
