RACISM!!! PREJUDICE!!! IF YOUR SKIN COLOR IS BLACK AND YOU'RE A YOUNG WOMAN! YOU'RE TREATED LIKE TRASH FROM THIS PUBLIX LOCATION! I LEFT THIS PUBLIX LOCATION AT APPROXIMATELY 9:39 AM. I LITERALLY ASKED 5 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ABOUT AN ITEM IDENTIFIED AS “MANUKA RAW HONEY.” The first employee who was an African American Woman was kind enough to tell me aisle 12, but when I got to aisle 12 I only saw the WEATHER SPOON MANUKA COUGH DROPS. There was an employee on aisle 12 who was not an African American woman, she was rude towards me and told me she doesn’t know. I also asked another employee woman standing by the pharmacy, who was also NOT an African American woman. She was rude to me as well and did not show any empathy or willingness to even budge to help me. She told me if I don’t see it, then they don’t have it. I also went on another aisle where I saw 3 employees standing on latter steps and stocking the aisle. Remind you they are not African American either. I asked one employee lady, She looked at me in disgust and her demeanor wanted to ignore me so badly. Do you know what she told me? She told me she does not work there, and she continuously went back to stocking the shelves, like I was a NOBODY. The lady next to her didn’t even care to show eye contact. They just kept stocking the counters. I have a witness which is a white guy, that is an employee there as well he was kneeling down on the same exact aisle stocking the counters as well. I showed him the picture of the MANUKA raw honey that’s was on the Publix website. He did show me some professionalism once I asked to speak with a manager. He told me he can actually try to show me exactly where it is. He didn’t even get me to a manager. By this time I just wanted to cry because I’m actually sick with horrible heart burn. All I wanted to do was to make me some hot tea. I didn’t even get a chance to purchase any tea because my heart was shattered. It’s like their are DEMONS that work here. They look at your skin color and see that you’re young and underestimate me and treat me like trash. It hurts. I’m researching the headquarters for this store so that I can make the appropriate complaint. It’s not right ! White employees seem as though they hate black skin. I PRAY GOD continues to give me the strength to keep dealing with stuff like this because it’s an EVIL world out here. I’m already sick and dealing with chest pain. They don’t even greet black young women in this store. They hate us. As bad as I wanted to speak with a manager. I just didn’t have the strength to do it.

I love shopping at Publix Stores. The staff are very welcoming. They're polite and courteous. They always greet you with a smile. The staff is very knowledgeable about products and it's locations. The staff will walk with you to show you where products are. The staff is very well trained! It's a reputation to acknowledge that the staff is trained to be positive and always improving.

The customer service and cleanliness have gone down dramatically. I'm bagging my own groceries. Its hot outside, and there are flies all in the deli section and landing on the meats while they are being cut. All they say is, "We can't do anything about that ma'am." A lot of the fruits and veggies are spoiled. The managers, cashiers, and customer service cashiers all have attitudes or are simply dismissive. The younger cashiers are slow and don't even try to greet the customers. Lately, the online orders I've placed have been incorrect, which causes wasted time & confusion. All of the employees who used to make me want to patron this establishment are gone. It is not worth paying the extra money for items when the customer service is awful. Might as well go to Walmart.

This location of the popular Southeastern grocery chain is one of the outdated locations in the chain. The employees are extremely friendly and prompt. The store and parking lot is always clean and refreshed. Most times they're fully stocked. The biggest issue for myself and my wife, is the sandwich counter. Where to start? If you like to have your time wasted, order a sandwich ahead of time and watch it not be ready when they say so. If you're in a rush, DO NOT order ahead. You're better off waiting in line. Something has to be done with the online order option. Just do away with it and make everybody come in. If I order a sandwich and it says it'll be ready at 3:45pm. I expect 3:45pm. I'm willing to give a little wiggle room, but an extra 10+ minutes is ridiculous. It's horrible to stand and watch people in line get their sandwiches and you're still waiting on your online order.

Lack of customer service and urgency in the deli department. Placed an order for pickup at 6:15 and at 7:00 it still was not ready. The deli is disorganized and chaotic.

The store is clean and well stocked but the people that work there are not very friendly. We use to go to the Publix at Lake Dow and they were much more friendly. If it wasn't for the fact it's a half a mile from our house we would probably go somewhere else.
