This one star review reflects the terrible customer service that I received today. First I walked into the store without a single greeting. Second I passed multiple workers and not a single one asked if I needed any assistance and passed several workers who were just standing around gossiping. The main reason for this review is that fact that I was already shopping for 15-20 mins with items in my hand and I get told there are no drinks allowed in the store. I can understand and their reasons for this but not a single sign in sight, passed many workers who said nothing about my drink and the fact that I had already been shopping. Glad to say they did not get any of my money today.

This is one of my favorite stores. Is always a great sale going on and most of the time there is a coupon you can use with the sale items. So make sure you ask about coupons. But I must warn you. Some of the staff can be not so helpful.

They are always rude. Please don't call. If you aren't hung up on at least twice, they'll tell their system is down. As loyal customers of Ralph Lauren I think you should fire all of them and start over.
