The groomer was very rude and to me not that knowledgeable. I asked for a copy of the groomers policy and they were not able to provide one. The Manager stated that she called called another groomer. Is that how you very a store policy??? The grooming services and the retail store has just lost a customer that spends a $$$$$ every month on my 4 babies.

I would like everyone to know I went to this store In locust grove Georgia . I had been looking for something when Shelby F can to see if I needed help she was so kind and listen to m wants and needs and questions and then gave me all the answers I needed and more . She was very knowledgeable in her job and was very to explain everything I needed to know . Very friendly and very attentive . Most young people not all but a lot don’t want to work or be nice to people now a days but she was very good and I just wanted to take time to say something good about someone who deserves it . There are a lot of people who could follow her lead . Thank you again . You help me so much. They are blessed to have such a great worker .

Having never been in this store before, I decided to go check it out. The young lady (I believe her name was Amber) was very welcoming and helpful. She helped me decide on what product would be best. I'll definitely go back.

CHRISTOPHER you ROCK! Petsense, give this employee a promotion and a good raise! Employees like this keep customers coming back! It is well deserved! I recently found Petsense in my area while looking for 4health dog food, thrilled I no longer have to travel far for it. On 7/2/23 I went into the store very concerned about my dog who recently had vaccinations and was not eating/drinking. Not only did this employee greet me. I explained my concerns and the time was taken to show me all the best options to get my dog eating again. I was also informed of services that Petsense provides. Services I had no clue about and plan to use in the future. I am currently disabled (temporarily) due to a car wreck. I was helped carrying the items I purchased to my car! I had been once before and once again later the same day - no where near the same experience, work ethic or true concern for my pet and myself. And the suggestions made to perk my dogs appetite worked!

My dogs love the raw dog food. ? ? ?The dogs lick their bowls clean at every feeding. They also seem to have more energy.

This is the worst! You can not rely on this grooming service they're under staffed and even when they're in they can't even do a nail trim. I live in the area 5 times I visited the store thinking it'll be convenient but, forget about it! A waste of time! Either hire real workers and pay them a Dr ent salary to stay or shut it down! useless!

Very livid about my experience with this petsense today. I needed crickets, and went in to get a few dozen. Was told they only have "pre-boxed" crickets. They had a 30 count or 60 count box, I purchased the 60 count for $5 (Average price is about $0.13 for each cricket). When I got home, I opened the box to find no more than 10 crickets. Which means I was charged 4-5x the amount that I was provided. Of course I tried to call when I got home and every number I found on every platform had a service message their line was out of service or disconnected. I have to leave town at 4am tomorrow hence why I was trying to feed my animals. I can't go back to the store to speak to them about this and can't get them on the phone. Will never buy crickets from here again and have no idea how to get a refund since I won't be back for several days and have no way to reach them. Huge inconvenience for myself and my animals and extremely frustrated how much I was overcharged for a falsely advertised product.

Shelby sould be store manager. Very smart and courteous. Answered every question with enthusiasm. Wonderful employee I'm a GM of a large plumbing and septic company and would love to steal her for my office lol.

My dogs been getting groomed here since they opened , no problem. All of a sudden today they call to say he’s coming home with just a bath because he was aggressive. None of the same people are still here from when they started. The store manager and district manager were more concerned with speaking than listening.I will be gathering more information from customers and submitting a complaint to the “OWNER” of the company since I was told if I call corporate I would just speak back to Douglas .

Bad and rude service they didn't want to sell a bird to us because we suppose to show them a picture of the cage we got for the bird. What is that? Never heard that before, so I have to be taking picture of my things to show the workers and get approve.

Mary Ann is nasty, rude, & an all around horrible associate to have at this establishment. She has an attitude of entitlement & acts like it’s her way or no way. All of the other staff is amazing & I feel so bad that they have to work with a nasty coworker like that. Petsense would be a better place without Mary Ann.
