“EXCEPTIONAL! Duane is so helpful. Everyone that I have encountered has been so professional and I have gotten 2 work orders done here on my car. I just picked my car up today. The lobby is clean and if I need anything done H3 is my place to go. I didn’t want to write the review bc I didn’t want to share but I feel confident with H3 as a woman. Ladies and Gents. they are honest, professional, quick and explain the work to be done. I appreciate that a lot! I don’t ever feel they are just trying to up sale me as a woman so thats really important to me.”
“New to the area and it was my first time going to Mcdonough Tire today and had a wonderful experience! We got an alignment installed on my 2020 4Runner after personally putting a lift on it. Mcdonough Tire installed my new rims and tires, they had great stock options for tires to chose from which they got in within a day. they are truly honest, and provide quality work, and have efficient timing! Friendly owners and they listen and provide up front pricing and expectations. * And as a woman I felt like this is not a shop where they dumb you down or take advantage of you in anyway which was a huge plus! They are very knowledgeable. I would definitely come back for my future auto needs!!!!”
“I don't know where to begin with this establishment. The staff is very friendly and professional. This is the second time dealing with James and from day one we connected. I have been taking all my high end vehicles to alpha automotive for years and this was the first time that I actually sat there and waited on my car to be serviced. James entertain and held good conversation as well as attend to other customers and b4 i knew it, 2 hrs has came and gone, it felt like I was only there for 30 minutes. “I have been going here for years to get oil changes on My wife an Myself's vehicle. Mainly because they are what they claim to be 'Pretty Dang Quick'. I've been on multiple occasions where there was 5+ cars in front of me an have never waited over an hour. If there's 3 cars or less you're almost guaranteed to be out of there in under 25 minutes. On average I spend about 15-20 minutes each pass. Service is friendly and informative every time. I don't ever feel they're trying to upscale me on something I don't need. I've also had a tire changed here once at a decent price and in under 1 -1/2 hours. Prices are pretty average around 40$ for a regular oil change. An Wednesday is woman's day 1/2 price oil changes. Would refer to anyone.”

“Very honest people work there that you can trust and feel at ease to take your car there. I've rather trust them than to, take it to the dealership, which is Honda. I stop trusting anymore they'll lie and tell you anything to take your money for their own gaining of the business. I had my tires checked thinking I needed new tires because that's what the Honda dealership said to me and all I needed was to adjust the tire pressure, thanks to the young guy working there that told me exactly the truth.”
