I am a VIP customer. I had an encounter last year with a manager at this location and I decided I was done patronizing this company. Due to this treatment, I called corporate and they advised me to see the manager. She was the manager so what was the purpose? I got a birthday gift this year that I couldn't wear so I had to go exchange it. Alicia, a manager i have never seen at this location, assisted me and she was extremely professional and courteous. I wish she had been the one to assist me prior to me getting this bad taste about the company.

I love their products, and my issue would be that they don't offer a military discount, so for this reasonItend to shop the Coach store acrossfrom this location. If they did, I would be willing to frequent more often

Astria (Assistant Manager) and her team that assisted my family this afternoon were VERY kind, patient, helpful, and excellent!Everyone who's apart of this team is worthy of promotion and/or higher pay. Brittany was super helpful and changed my experience from a horrible online/delivery. I ordered something and apparently the UPS took it for Christmas. I got to this location from my recent vacation and decided to try a in store experience. Brittany went above beyond to make my shopping more than what I expected to be delivered. Kudos to BRITTANY!!!!! I couldn't express it more thank you sooooooooo much

It’s ok. Not much selection and the web prices are better. Customer service is 5 ⭐️ stars. The cashier & manager made my return pleasant. I thought I forgot my receipt & they were checking by my phn number, email addresses. I don’t remember the names but they both were men. I was returning hat that I bought because an associate was practically harassing me to buy it. I was trying to figure out if it was something I’d wear. I asked her if she got paid by commission?! I never even tried it on when I got it home. It’s not really a hat it was more like ear muffs a mink looking headband. A waste of my time & energy
