My sister-in-law forgot her shopping bags in this store, and the staff put away her stuff, and we picked it up the day after. The ladies there were amazing. Thank you guys so much.

Went Mother’s Day shopping and got a little frustrated making decisions and comparing prices. Alexicia was a great help! I told her my budget and she assisted me with finding the perfect gift for my mom and a little something for me as well. She was true comfort!

I walked into the store today (3/10 at 4:30pm), and there were 3 associates standing around towards the front entrance. Not a single one of them greeted me or tried to help me. Mind you, I was wearing a Michael Kors purse. I guess I wasn’t dressed impressive enough to be approached by the staff, lol. I walked out when they greeted and assisted the next customer that walked in. Yeah, all the money I have spent in this particular store…never again. I’ll shop at another location, IF I shop MK again.

Went in today with my wife. Was not greeted. I can live with that. Even though both workers had their faces buried in their phones. Imagine that. Did some shopping. When we walked to the back to purchase they were still in the front of the store in their phones. One starts walking back while on the phone still. Never spoke. Started to tally and realize the zipper on the back back didn’t work great. So my wife went to get another. The lady gets right back on the phone. Geez. Just paid and left. I’d like the manager to pull footage for 1/16/24 at 10:03 and watch. Never come back after that.

Received exceptional service from James today. I came in looking for a specific item and unfortunately my size was sold out. James kindly checked other stores and was able to find me a store that had my size and was able to ship it to me as I live in NJ. I appreciated his attention and patience and would shop this location again.
