Poor customer service, unprofessional! No greeting. Received a "What do you want?" after standing solo at the counter for 3 mins listening to the cashiers conversation.What do I want? How about this amount on this pump.... smarty pants... this is a gas station right.I will pay the extra few cents or dollar at another gas station before I give another dime to this one.2/17/24 around 6pm for reference

Cleanest bathrooms I've been in, in a while and the store was very clean overall period! Also cashier, Miss Andi is amazing! Thank you for great customer service!

I'm really shocked reading these reviews because I've been here twice and both times I've had zero issues. Customer service has been phenomenal. So i guess management has made some changes. The bathrooms were clean and so was the store itself. This location has a Burger King and a Dunkin Donuts. I recommend stopping here.

2 employees outside hanging out with people. 1 employee at register asks employee outside to help her shut the register down because she doesn't know how and he tells her to call someone else. . No toilet paper in bathroom and lot is dirty. Seems like if they have free time they should be helpful instead of hanging out in the parking lot leaving 1 person inside to deal with everything.

Normally I would give this store a better score but when in the store today the two young ladies were rude one acted like she didn't have time to wait on me and the other one was sitting down acting mad because we interrupted her. 7/18/22 at 4pm

Went in to buy tobacco products. Attempted to use digital coupon from manufacturer as I always do at other JP stores and they stated JP does not accept them. I politely said I would purchase anyway. Rang me up and I realized it was out dated. I told the cashier and she said she had to get a manager yelling across the store. Manager did refund my money but both employees were very nasty. Please get your people in check Ms Jones or whomever is overseeing c-stores
