I don't know where to begin with my experience with Deja. I highly recommend you visit the store and ask for her for assistance. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable of the jewelry, the sales, and very courteous. My daughter and I were there for over an hour, not because we were purchasing, but because she made it a very fun and pleasant experience. I'm from Tennessee, but I'll drive 5 hours just to deal with Deja again. I feel like I've made a friend for life.

I visited the Jared Vault in Locust Grove to window shop and had such a wonderful purchasing experience with Rose, that I ended up purchasing 4 pieces of jewelry. She went above and beyond her call of duty by providing EXCELLENT customer service.. She was attentive, patient, thoughtful, gave eye contact, addressed me by name and smiled throughout our interaction. Jared, thanks for hiring quality service reps like Rose….it doesn’t get better! Holly is awesome. Came into store for a purchase. I’m a repeat customer with Holly. I was disappointed that I observed Holly pulled from another customer to assist me. I’m not sure why anyone would think I’m more important than the gentleman she was assisting.
