Terrible service, I transferred my prescriptions here from Walmart because of the poor service there.
Initially it was great and most certainly a step above what I used to.
Unfortunately over the last 2 years or so the quality of the care provided has been in a steady decline.
Lines are longer and slower than they should be and the people working there make no effort to expedite waiting on customers and as often as not just act like they don't even see the customers standing there.
As it is now I'd rate their performance as worse than WM and that's setting the bar as low as it will go in regards to customer service.
Do better, hire better people or at least train the ones you do have how to properly interact with customers.

They don’t bother notifying you they filled your prescription. Totally messed up my scheduled dosages because I’m supposed to take a little less every day and didnt get my prescription until 4:00 the next day when I gave up waiting them to text me.

This is a awesome store. They have a lot of gluten-free foods. pleasant people working there,The place is always clean the bathrooms awsome too☺️

They work hard, and answered all questions. When three kids have the Flu and ear infections, I was so grateful for the quickness they had our prescriptions ready!

Service at this pharmacy has become more consistent and pleasant over the three years that I've lived nearby. Like all pharmacies these days, they have a heavy load of work but, they are hitting their stride and handling it with tact and aplomb.

If you are pharmacists I think you should have some kind of compassion and answering question most people that get medicine have not taken the meds that they were prescribed before. And even though there are warning labels on the side some people still are concerned about side effects. When I went to go pick up my medicine today I asked to speak to the pharmacist because I had some questions, and while asking these questions the pharmacist made me feel so stupid. I felt so uncomfortable talking to a person that supposed to make you feel just a little bit better at understanding the medicine you were put on. I am so sorry that I interrupted your texting time or your phone time. This is my life and my health that I am worried about.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy employees at this location are awfully rude, nasty and not helpful at all. I called about picking up my husband's Rx and the woman (definitely not lady like) was gruff, short, rude and down right nasty, then she hung up the phone. I've read so many bad reviews about this pharmacy and they were not wrong. Do not use this pharmacy. They don't care about patient care at all.

Clean, well stocked store with friendly employees! One of the larger Ingles with a floral dept, deli, bakery and deli bar. They have gas pumps here too so I can use all those points I rack up at the ingles in Monticello.

Slowest pharmacy EVER!! 4 people filling scripts, 1 person working pick-up & drop -off…. 6 people in line. Need to get a second register for pick up and become more customer service oriented!!! Complete joke every time !! See a switch in pharmacy real soon

I had a hard copy prescription the pharmacist would not feel it saying it was too early and you can get it 2 days early how come I left there and went and got it filled with no problem y'all are real slow and need more practice on your field
