Ingles Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy that offers prescriptions, immunizations, and quality care. While the wait time can be a bit longer than some, the pharmacy is working to improve this. Although they don't carry a wide range of diabetic insulin, the personnel are described as good folks who are kind, pleasant, and work hard to answer all questions. Customers appreciate the pharmacy's cleanliness, including the awsome bathrooms, and the availability of gluten-free foods. Despite the heavy workload, the service has become more consistent and pleasant over time, with the staff handling the demands with tact and aplomb.
Great pharmacy staff! Very friendly and helpful. My wife and I got our flu and Covid shots there. Prescriptions are always filled promptly and accurately.

This pharmacy is a little different than some. The wait time is usually a bit . While that isn't a good thing, they say they're working on it. They don't really carry a lot of Diabetic insulin. That's a corporation thing. The personnel are good folks.
