Bought a bow from these guys last week everything was great at that aspect, when I received it upon inspecting the strings, it was coated heavy in wax, it also seemed fine. Shot 4 arrows before I noticed a huge fray popped up on the lower end of the strings next to the stop. Asked them about it and they told me there’s nothing they could do about it and wouldn’t do anything about it, was on my own. Now I’m gonna have to replace it all for another 200 bucks. Photos are of when I received the bow, and then the close up after I shot.

AVOID. POOR SERVICE. NO COMMUNICATION. AND SHIP DAMAGED “NEW” FIREARMS.
Purchased a new Colt Lightweight Commander online. Absolutely no communication or correspondence post sale. Had to call after no update on shipping pistol took over a week to ship and did not ship out when they said it would. Pistol was close to msrp, not a particularly good deal, but a harder to find model, so market priced. I picked up pistol from my FFL, gun’s finish was damaged in 5 areas and was down to bare metal. (See photos). Chatted, emailed and called with no response from Grove team. Very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience with grove gun shop! I was greeted and talked to by almost every employee in the store!
I went in there to browse but over all knew what I wanted to buy. I was asked multiple times if I needed any help not to the point that it was annoying but enough to know they cared to help me find anything I may want to look at.
When purchasing my new daily carry, and going through the paperwork/background check me and the employee made small talk to help pass some time,
He also acknowledged my girlfriend asking if she wanted anything while we were there and was happy to help and he continued to help me get a few more items while I was there.
I’ve found my new go to gun shop and will recommend them to friends and family!

If you are looking for a firearm, or anything related..
It is worth the drive to check them out..
This is the only place that "I" have been,.. that stocks a few Fierce Rifles.
I was in search of something very particular, and they didn't have it there, but you can bet that I am going back..

Been to Grove three times this year. Had a great experience every time. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful to me helping my grandson and I picking out a shotgun for him. They know how to treat there customers right. Made three purchases so far and will be back again soon. Special shout out to Josh, Tyler, and Joe.

It's a sad universal truth that gun shops tend to attract a certain type of employee and this place certainly has their quota.
In my limited dealings with them I've found them to be both rude and arrogant which is a poor combination for customer service. They also told me they don't do FFL transfers which limits their usefulness in this age of online shopping.
On the plus side they do have a very good inventory and the prices are reasonable so if you don't mind the poor service you might just find a good firearm at a decent price.
Despite living less than 3 miles from their shop I've decided I'd rather drive to Hampton or McDonough and give my business to people who actually appreciate it.

Top notch folks to deal with - No hidden charges - had the gun I was looking for & in their possession ready to ship (not in someone else's warehouse) - shipping was quick (3 business days) - Communications via phone, email & tracking number was 100%. I’ve done business with these guys in the past and they are always professional and courteous.
They always gave a fair price and once I forgot to come on the expired date and they still had the gun and let me take it out of pawn anyway.
I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone wanting a fair price and professionalism.

The customer service is terrible and the whole team is arrogant and seem not to like people of color. I bought a gun for my wife, no one spoke to me when I walked in and they act as if I was lucky to spend my money with them. They will never receive a dollar of my money again. I recommend B&B pawn in Jackson.
