“This was the first time we have used them1st they delivered my flowers to the vacant house in front of us and we didn’t find them till 7 pm2nd i received them yesterday on Valentine’s Day and while they are beautiful , they are already half dead .all the small roses are dead and the big ones are wilted and dying.My husband said they were super nice but i hate that my flowers are dying in one dayt to add to this my husband talked to them and they apologized and delivered fresh beautiful flowers and were really nice this will be our florist”

“I ordered online Saturday morning for a funeral arrangement needed for that Sunday...on a holiday weekend. I never thought about it being a holiday weekend. I recieved a call quickly that they were unable to fill my order as ordered, they were only making delivers then closed till Tuesday like many others. I was told the desingers were out, but they made the suggestion that they could do something with hydrangeas & greenery and it would be pretty. I wasn't excactly sure where they should be deliverd, I was helped with this also. I was very happy with the beautiful arrangement, the proffesionalism, also that they thought outside the box, to help me on thier holiday weekend. “This review is for the Kroger PHARMACY. I'm pretty much homebound so haven't been inside the store. I just want to say that I have saved a LOT of money through their special programs, but more important is the quality of all the folks I've dealt with over the phone from this department. They have been incredibly helpful, respectful, kind and go out of their way to make things go smoothly. This is a true opinion and I'm giving it after dealing with them for over 2 years. My ex was a pharmacist and I'm well acquainted with how much pressure they must work under, and can't even put into words how much I appreciate their help.
