This is by far the most one sided lender I've experienced. I've been borrowing from this company for several consecutive years. I own a Bentley amongst other vehicles, in which is paid off. I've been a faithful customer and have been put on the spot to surrender my Bentley in exchange for a loan of $15k after paying off a loan on time previously. After I agreed and have requested another loan these people want me to surrender my vehicle again. This is after ive stayed committed through two loan cycles, after they have made plenty of money off of me..they still offer no loyalty to me as a customer. I'm at the lowest risk and the Highest probability of paying the loan off with no issues. I'm a realtor..this disloyal company had me miss a meeting just to wait on a loan for over three hours in which I still haven't received. And still nothing. Do not borrow from these people!!!!!!! They are sharks, have no respect for loyal customers, have no respect for time, puts you in a lower class by ignoring you and requesting that you put yourself on hold. They don't know how to understand that it's our money that keeps them going. Cheryl is good but her counter partners will lie and trick you out of a good experience. Go elsewhere

Cheryl at American Title lending contacted me and straighten everything out. She explained to me correctly that what I was paying was interest fees and not late fees and that it was explained to me incorrectly by one of the newer employees. I had wrote a bad review at first because I didn’t understand why I was being charged late fees at the end of my payments.For it not be explained to me correctly as a courtesy she waived the fees for me and I will be receiving my title back without having to pay any extra fees.?This was my third time working with this company because they have always treated me well. I’m glad we were able to resolve this issue and I will be using them again. By knowing that they will work with you if you have any issues I would highly recommend them!

Dont waste your time going here they put in the contacts fine print if you miss just one payment they can come get your car at anytime and they do.Then only give tens days to pay them in full in cash or they can sell your car . There interest rates are super high to make it impossible for you to pay them back and they don’t work with you at all because of course they want to sell your car. The company that originally had my loan got bought out so i had no choice when came to deal with them and almost all of them had bad attitudes except for the African American lady named zulema. Just call and see how they answer ghetto and very unprofessional . In my opinion this place is a ripoff. Borrowing money from the devil himself would be better then going here.

The staff is very unprofessional. T Clark was rude and displayed poor customer service. She should not be working in a public setting dealing with customers. I'm willing to file a compliant with the BBB and continue to follow up until T. Clark is fired.

This place is horrible and they robbing ppl without a gun a M.F smile, these low life ppl want me to pay twice on my interest along with the 12,000 I already paid I got a loan for 4,000 and paid double stay away

Ms. Cheryl Ms.Tamme is amazing! They work efficiently and fast to get you approved. Before I left she made sure I understood every piece of paperwork I was signing! I was out of there less then 35mins. They are very fast and have an amazing customer service skills.

Decided to go to this company and location (Locust Grove) due to hearing and seeing so many good reviews and feel as if I couldn’t have made an better choice… Ms.Cheryl and Ms.Tammy both are professional, offers phenomenal customer service skills, very informative and last but not least were quick with making sure I left with what I came in for all less than 40mins tops! If you’re in a tight financial space and need money FAST this place is highly recommended!!! Thanks again ladies

When I say AWESOME wow! I needed a trailer and one call to Cheryl she had it for me. I had been looking for months she did it in a day. Truckers one call this location is the bomb go to Locust Grove. I see why she comes highly recommended.

I must say if you are ever in a tight spot and in need of a loan,most definitely try First American Title lending! The moment my husband and myself walked in the greeting was warm and welcoming. Ms Cheryl was on top of everything and had us in and out in no time. She's very professional & caring about her customers. If she can do anything to help she definitely will do it! Recommended my family and friends to them. Last thing anyone needs is ppl with attitudes during these difficult time.You will not get it here!
