Cleaners are good. I had some shirts altered and sleeves were messed up. I should have read reviews before I took them there. I won’t get any clothes altered there again. Also charges a lot for alterations. I complained that I didn’t like my sleeves but gave excuses on why my sleeves should be short. They won’t give a refund because someone else does them outside the cleaners.

Only cleaners that does on site cleaning around. Location doesn't look like anything special HOWEVER they did a fantastic job on military uniform!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Assaulted at Fancy Pants CleanersTook pants to be hemmed. One leg was 1inch longer than the other one. Took them back and worker got an attitude and defensive because I complained. She told me that I should have hemmed them myself and threw my pants over the counter at me onto the floor. Her coworker warned me that I don't know who the irate worker is. I tried calling to speak with the owner and no one answers the phone. Took my pants to a REAL tailor and they looked at them and shook their head. I am a senior citizen and want to speak with the owner before speaking with the police about the assault.Service: Alterations

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this is a must. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST dry cleaners I have ever been to. On my first experience I brought them my FAVORITE white blazer to clean out a red wine stain. However they did cleaned it, the stain was gone, but my entire jacket had completely shrank. The sleeves were 3” shorter, the waist was noticeably higher, and just overall tighter. I attached some pictures below. Even after all of that I accepted the fact maybe since they had to get the stain out this was the result I was going to have to live with, and I never filed a complaint about it.Fast forward to yesterday. I for some reason take my clothes back again thinking it was just an one time ordeal. I come home and look at THREE of my FAVORITE SWEATERS. All ranging from 100-400 dollars! They were faded and had shrank. One sweatshirt used to come to my mid thigh and now you can damn near see my bellybutton. Literally looks like a children shirt. So I had no choice but to go seek some type of compensation.So I go back up to Fancy Pants and I’m greeted by The Owner Tracy Vanderven. Even though I am livid, I kindly express my frustration expecting ANYTHING to make me feel better. She gives me the “we do exactly what’s on the label” story and the “we check every single label” story. And she did show me where clothes weren’t even supposed to be dry cleaned. If that’s the case, shouldn’t she just return my clothes? Anyway, she tells me she will stretch my clothes back out as compensation, but I just took my clothes back. The more I thought about it the more mad I got. I was contemplating on taking them to small claims court so I give her a call and ask for her name and address. COME TO FIND OUT SHE TOLD ME THEY JUST GOT OUT OF CLAIMS COURT AND EVEN WAS LAUGHING ABOUT IT.I say all this to say people bring their clothes to the cleaners expecting the clothes to be returned how we brought them. If I wanted to wash and dry my clothes I could’ve ruined my own clothes at home. That why people take them to the “professionals”. PLEASE BEWARE before you take your clothes up there and make sure you check EVERY item you bring, and make sure the only cleaning method is Dry Clean or else whatever happens is no fault of theirs and they will wash it and dry it for you.
