Understocked, dirty and disorganized. Restroom was in need of attention. Just not a great shopping experience at all. I've reviewed lots and lots of Walmarts. This is a poor one. That said, they tolerate overnight parking in their lot and so I was able to spend the night here in my Sprinter van. Thanks for that. [Review 20218 overall - 666 in Georgia - 1195 of 2023.]

Why is Walmart charging an additional 911 fee on Boost Mobile prepaid cards. All Boost Mobile plans include this charge in the plan. Other retailers such as Target and Kroger do not add this fee to these cards. When I questioned about this I was told that it automatically added it to it. I told the lady that I would purchase one some where else.

Worse Walmart ever. I placed an online order to be delivered at 2-3pm. Never was delivered nor did I receive any texts or emails saying that my order was delayed or going to be late. So I canceled the order and & made an order to be pickup. And for 3 days my orders have not been ready. Been calling and no one will answer the phone.

I feel like when you go to a Walmart you always compare it to another one, like this couldn't be worse then ____ location...... then you walk in, it read your mind and accepted your challenge. This was a scary one on top of the usual walmartness. So many things just laying in the isles like the poor employees were in the middle of stocking & was told their paychecks bounced so they all ran frantically out of the building or something. If you are brave and desperate like I was you try to get the items you need as fast as you can, except the one in front of the scary lady who started threatening her man for not knowing what spice she wanted, so she picked up each one yelling IS THIS THE SPICE!?!?!? Anyway we made it to the front to check out.... Ended up waiting 25 min in line because the lady questioned almost every item as the poor cashier rang it up, she had to eventually get help and held it together a lot better then I could have. But we made it out to tell the tale of Walmart crying in your car edition. Lol

I have never seen so many unprofessional, nasty, rude and ignorant people than the two female night time managers/team leaders. That h ace no class or decent upbringing. Expecailly, the short black one with tge long stringy brain. No tact what so ever. Her behavor is quite embarrassing to say the least. The Walmart in Locust Grove truly need new management and training in customer service and appropriate demeanor!!! I truly hate coming to this Walmart, but sometine I do not have an alternative storw to go to as they are open to 11pm. I b really try not to give Walmart my business; expecailly this Walmart due to their very poor customer service and ignorance!!!! I truly cost nothing to be a decent and kind human being!!! Nothing!!!

I know so many people hate on Walmart and their employees so I just wanted to say how excellent my experience was at the pharmacy this weekend. I believe her name was Ebony, but she was super helpful and went above and beyond expectations to help me.

Busy busy busy Shelf's not stocked good 3 lanes open and self checkout and still every lane was backed up 20 + people Still they didn't open anymore lanes

Run. Horrible store. Bare shelves. Non-existent customer service. Crowded aisles stacked with old stock they cant put up. I finally gave up on this location.

We've been tossed around from Walmart to Walmart on a quest to find a bakery with a printer to do an edible cake image. Finally we were directed to the Hudson Bridge Road WalMart where we met Darryl in the bakery department; he who a scholar and a gentleman and helped us out. Darryl was packing up the bakery items and I believe it was near to the end of his shift, but he took the time to edit our design and complete our order to our satisfaction and on top of that he helped another family with a little girl who wanted some specific cupcakes for a Decedents Premier sleepover. Darryl is a true depiction of the culture of what Walmart should strive for.

This store makes black people look so freaking bad! I will never purchase food from here let alone get another oil change. The man that serviced my car in the auto shop got in my car eating pickles and dropping juice from the pickles on my steering wheel. They left the light in my vehicle when I asked them to clear it I waiting while they worked on other vehicles. Every person in the auto care I dealt with was rude. Lakrystal was rude at the cash register, Randy and I went back and forth in argument, another guy I believe his name is Kevin wanted to argue with me about how I hadn't been waiting as long as I said I had been.

This is a pretty good Walmart! They seemed to have everything fully stocked and organized. I found what I needed very quickly with no problems. The cashier who rang us up in the garden section was very friendly. I forgot his name, but he was very kind. Overall, this is a great Walmart

Terrible customer service! My coworker went in person on a Monday to make an order for an elementary school program that coming Thursday. Order was placed and she was told there was enough product to complete the order. At 6:00 am on the morning of the event, she was called and was told they couldn't complete the order. Then they had the nerve to tell her she could call other locations to see if they had enough. In the end, thankfully Chic-fil-A came through so our program actually had food to serve. I have never seen such horrible customer service from a company that had three days to prepare.
