I try to only leave good reviews but the service and respect is HORRIBLE. If you aren't of a "certain preference" don't expect to get good service. Last year I understood due to covid the reply time but this year isn't any better.I had an 11 am appointment. Arrived at 10:43. Waited until 11:51 and still no show. I was told to either come back or call. I called a few hours later just to get a rude attitude from Hector. His words, "go to who did my taxes last year, he cant help me." I'm not sure if he was upset due to the previous year I wanted him to do my taxes, instead his wife did them and I end up oweing. I asked her if he could do it since normally he "plays with the numbers for us self employed people ". She told me NO. Therefore I did not file my taxes with them and went with another company. I decided to give them another try again this year since it clearly says "ADVOCATE" and I sincerely needed some help with understanding my back taxes. I guess it was the worst mistake I could have made because they had me scan documents, and scheduling appointments that he was a no show. I ask myself if it was someone else would he have not shown or even given an apology. Probably not.I've seen how they treat and talk to "certain preference" people and the conversations and service is are wonderful especially today. Point is they may have been in business for years but the service is unprofessional and disrespectful to those who don't appear to their likings. Im only writing this review to warn those of people like myself don't even waste your time. Its not worth it.

We were referred here by a friend. Located in a shopping plaza there was plenty of parking. It's first come first serve. The place was clean and very friendly. We got there and Nelly got information from us and we waited for a while with a fair warning. They offered us refreshment and offered snacks while we waited. We waited about an hour and half and Victor was our CPA and was amazing and super friendly. He was straight forward with all of my information and we were done in about 45 minutes. We felt very welcomed. The fees varied on your financial situation. He explained a lot to us and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed or ambushed. Definitely will be back next year!
