Jasmine at the cricket store in Locust Grove gave us the best customer service we have received in a long time. She was knowledgeable, courteous,and so friendly. We are so greatful for her help.

Jasmine the store manager was the best she helped with by switching service from Verizon to cricket and also help me save $30 a month on my bill not to mention I was having issues getting my account number and transfer pin and she called customer service and got it done with no problem. She has best customer service and I recommend a raise and a higher pistion

The store manager Jasmine was the best. She has the best customer service and she was super nice to me and my five year old. She even saved me 30 dollars a month on my service.

We had probably the best experience we possibly could with jasmine today. Not only did she take care of our issue for us but she helped get me with a new phone. I was have problems with my old iPhone 6 went into cricket at 10.20 am to get a new phone my service with Jasmine was amazing this girl spent all day trying to get me the best deal possible we had so much trouble getting my old carrier to release my phone number jasmine never gave up. It was an all day process but she made it happen. And even after getting it all settled spent the time helping me set up new phone. She is an amazing person. Thank you Jasmine

I highly suggest finding a cricket store somewhere else. I just got a brand new phone that had scratch on it, and the rude employee refused to do an exchange. I called customer service about it and they were great. They informed me that I have a right to exchange the phone if I so much as don't like it, more so if it's damaged. They did say action will be taken too.
