I purchased a pair of walking shoes at a hefty price. The sales clerk really talked them up and I purchased them,based on this. Now after 6 months the the soles are shot. The upper shoes look like new. I was told that this was normal wear & tear. This is a review from a 76 year old male who weighs 130 lbs. And is recovering from colon cancer. I certantly have not walked that much.

I was returning some shoes that I ordered from their web site. The people made it so effortless and took care of me. They helped me find some shoes, which also turned into another pair for my wife. Outstanding customer service at this store.

I just left the store, and I had the most amazing customer service experience. Sharon is extremely attentive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist you. When I asked to check an item at a different location, she not only did that gave recommendations beyond what I even could have hoped for. This is the best service I’ve had in a very long time, if not ever.

Store was clean and price on the shirt I wanted wasn't bad (unfortunately my size was missing), but I had to chase down the store associate to help me. Hyperbole, of course, but I was at least greeted when I came in. However, the lady who greeted me immediately went to the back and when I walk toward the other associate, she walked toward the middle of the store without speaking (even though we were the only two in the room at the time). It was almost as if she was avoiding me. I moved toward her and was going to ask a question, but she didn't want to talk. Anyway, I finally asked her if she worked there and she indicated that she did indeed work at this store, so it went fine afterward. But, what I keep seeing these days are associates that either don't know how to talk to others, don't want to talk to others, or aren't trained to ask what the customer needs. Common Sense stuff, but folks are getting stranger and weirder all the time. All I need as a customer is, "Hello, how are you?" Then, ask if I need help finding anything. Period. That's all. Talk to me, people. I promise I'll be nice either way.

The store had good prices, but a lady of Korean or Japanese origin, I don't know, who attended me at the register was very rude, I bought some shirts and snow pants, I told her that where I got the pants from, some marked 109 and others 89, and she was annoyed, she said that the value was 109 and that it was surely a different pair of pants, I showed her that they were the same and very rudely she told me the value is 109, I told her that it was ok, but that I would file a complaint, and then she charged me 89 for the pants… ??♀️??♀️
