He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable with a sweet personality. He even laughed with us when I made a funny clothing comment at my friend.He helped me with Lounge wear pants and shirts, long underwear waffle shirt, and under garments for my sister's gift.ERIC helped by answering questions and directing me to exactly what I needed. “I went here to buy gifts for Christmas and to save money also. Plus I myself wear a lot of under armour. Everything was 50% in the store and some was even 70%. Plus if you sign up on their email you build up points and get money off your purchase. So when I checked out I had $10 off that I could use or not. You can use it online shopping to. The young lady that helped me remembered me coming before since I was a out of towner. She was so friendly to use both times. Definitely worth checking out to save money on a good brand”

“We walked into Zumies the weekend before Christmas to purchase a pair of Vans and a couple of other shoes. I was expecting the store and the experience to be an absolute disaster... It could not been further from that experience. The staff was beyond nice and helpful. Specifically one young gentleman that was helping us (I really wish I remembered his name). He went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. It honestly felt like walking into a Neiman Marcus rather than a Zumies. Thank you for the fantastic service guys!”
“There is a guy that works here that is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Luckily he has been there every time I have visited the store. I believe he name is Cruz. Hope I'm spelling it correctly. This gentleman needs a raise. It's not every day you come across a younger employee that is this invested in his job. I really hope the company and higher ups realize what kind of employee they have here. Keep up the great work Cruz. Just to be clear I have no idea who this guy is I asked for his name today so I could leave a review and a compliment on his behalf.”
“We found the Brooks Brothers Outlet store in the Tanger Mall to be a great place to shop. The inventory is large and very well laid out. The lady at the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful. A really good selection of men’s and women’s clothing from shirts to suits.”
“Good place to go if you're trying to shop of course. My only beef is the fact that with the COVID thing going on store limit how many people can go in at once. So of course the Nike store ALWAYS had a line of at lease 20 people. Everywhere else was cool though.”

“Friendly and helpful service with a good variety of what you’re looking for. It’s worth the drive if you’re not in the immediate area. I was looking for a specific product and decided to call ahead to make sure before making an empty trip. The associate actually placed me on hold and went to look for the item. Once she returned to the phone, she confirmed it was there. I was impressed! It has been so long since I’ve experienced good service in a retail setting.When I arrived at the store, the associate immediately recognized me by asking, “did you call on the phone?” She had placed the items to the side for me to purchase. I appreciate her efforts. I didn’t catch her name but she was light-skin, plus size with long black hair or braids and I think she had freckles too. She’s a great asset to this location.No long lines and the store was neat and clean.”
“Aeropostale is a Trendy retail chain selling casual wear and accessories for young adults, some focus on kids apparel. I love shopping here.The service is great and they are so helpful. The ladies there go above and beyond to help you look for an outfit with honest and appropriate suggestions and opinions. They will always check for sizes and offer fitting rooms before I even ask. The prices are a steal and the quality of clothing is great. They also have a nice clearance section. They had very big selection and everything in the store was 60% to 70% off. Come here first before any other store in the mall. Great customer service and comfortable environment.”

“Great store, and really friendly and helpful staff. There's so many clearance items and markdowns here, if you look all over. They also have a lot of "current" things, like merchandise from the latest movies. It would be an excellent place for moms and daughters, or young women. I will say their plus-sized selection is limited, but they do have one.”
