Horrible experience, I live 1 hr and 30min away from the outlet and came here to purchase new clothes for the summer. I am a heavy build person and was not allowed to try on clothes due to the woman who was working there on May 28,2024. She stated that she was the only one working there and doesn’t have time to open the fitting room. As a person who needs to try on her clothes before purchasing, this made me angry because others were trying on their clothes right before me. Please get it together and hire more staff. This is ridiculous I even had to put back all of my clothes because my body is not average. Highly disappointed

Like a lot of other reviews they don't greet you once you come in but they want you to spend money in their establishment? A whole bunch of women where just standing behind the counter gossiping about other employees that were lazy and how they don't like the job.While they were displaying laziness. I'm a supervisor over 3 Speciality shops and it was so unprofessional. I thought about putting my items back. But my daughter is tall and the clothes there fit her I like the clothes. I just don't like the staff there. I will go to another location but not the one here again.They need customer service training A.S.A.P. If I was a secret shopper they would of failed today.........smh

Walked in, and no one greeted us. Two young ladies in the front of the store folding shirts, one had on sunglasses cursing loud enough for me to hear, so I know anyone else walking nearby could hear. The young lady at the register asked one of them to come ring so she could go use the bathroom. One of the young ladies replied, "B*tch, we don't like you like that." and proceeded to continue with their conversation. Very unprofessional and not a good look. Prices and merchandise were great but the employees need customer service training. It was not a good look, at all.

Decent selection of affordable clothing, but employees working today were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Poor attitudes, constantly on their phones while customers are waiting, and dressed like they’re going to work at Club Onyx next.
