“I was stuck at the bojangles parking lot when my car gear was moving freely and it would not start. ( I was so upset and crying whenever I walked over to A+ Automotive) and the gentleman was on the phone handling business and immediately he saw that I was so upset that he told the person on the phone he would call them back. He ask me what was going on and I could barley get out what my car doing, without hesitantion he walked with me back over to bojangles and helped me and explained to me with compassion in his voice how to change the gears under my hood so I could get back home. He was the most kindness person to me while I was in an almost nervous breakdown. He stated that he could fix it but it wouldn't be til Monday, that was no surprise to me knowing how this gentleman treated me that they were really busy. So if you ever need a true honest mechanic shop I highly recommend these folks here, you will not be disappointed.”

“I came in today to get an oil change RJ was on the computer and Andrew filled up my fluids, they were awfully polite and i was in and out in 10 minutes, very good service, they recommended me for a tire rotation and i didnt even know i needed one, until they showed me.”
“We were traveling through Georgia on our way back home to Florida when our truck decided it wanted to misbehave and about leave us stranded on the side of I-75! We had to pull off to an exit that put us in Jackson, Georgia. Came across many wonderful people. We got up early to go to this automotive shop “Lake city Transmission in Locust Grove, Georgia. They test drove and ran the code machine and figured out that it was not the transmission “thankfully “ however that it could be the coil pack and they made a call to another shop for us to have it looked at! Lake City Transmission didn’t charge us anything and they were just so kind and helpful! I recommend them to anyone! If we ever have a transmission issue though, I would be happy to get that service done through them even if we had to tow our vehicle all the way up there!”
“I needed two front wheel bearings pressed out and replaced. I tried a couple of auto places, but they refused to install owner suplied parts. Robert did the job quickly while I waited and charged a fair price. The exterior of the shop is "rough" and might make you hesitate to go in, but Robert has a full suite of machine tools and can get the job done.”
