We pay for a service that is unreliable. Internet went out today around 6am while I was trying to get an early start. Projected to return at 9:10am but was out for the entire work day. Can’t get a rep on the phone or any legitimate updates, even after requesting text updates. Just horrible customer service and no real solutions. Eventually, they took the time off the online alert (had to leave home to connect). Cancelling ASAP

I'm disappointed in the services at that location and I hate to leave a bad review but I have been in that store 5 times recently and it's always a problem either your just waiting and no one come to check or see if you need help this last time when I walked in one of the employee was eating chips and they ask me what can we help you with I told them I need to return my cable box they said the systems is down and there's nothing we can do it looks bad when everyone that works there just sitting down and eating and getting paid to do nothing I know that's not how xfinity gets down so I tell that location do better take pride where you work listen to the customer needs and wants and stop being lazy

Beware Beware they are big time scammers they opened up 4 accounts under my name and its none stop trying to get ahold of an account manager from the corporate office at that I can’t begin to explain all the mess they have going on under my name and not one person can fix it at all I have been trying to resolve these issues from September 11/2024 and it’s still on going at this time please beware of Brian who is the manager at this location and any other person as well because he just uses there employees numbers to do scams too please do not go to Xfinity for nothing and I mean nothing complete scammers don’t believe anything they say or do

Finally canceled my service with Xfinity and Comcast business due to being stood up 6 Mondays in a row this is the most pathetic company that I am aware of operating in the United States they make it harder to where you can actually talk to a real live agent and you will never get to speak to anybody that's local because they have call center over in third world countries that don't give a doo doo about what's going on with your cable and your phone and your internet I replied email after email to all the hashtag websites and stuff that they leave on the reviews and all this company is just pathetic no accountability for the technicians no accountability for the overcharging done to hundreds of thousands of Americans daily even outsourced American jobs so they can pay car service people over in the Philippines and the Dominican Republic $2 an hour while these fat cats sit over here take all our hard-earned money and give us the shittiest excuse for service T-Mobile has a wonderful wireless modem 5 * faster cheaper and you can actually talk to somebody when you call their service departmentin people are slowly finding out in the last week week and a half they changed the format to weird now they made it even harder and harder you to speak to somebody so you can leave a complaint

I'm so tired of Xfinity/Comcast. I continually keep having issues with my bill getting higher and higher. Now they repeatedly keep telling me I have unreturned equipment which they tacked on to my now $500 bill. I am a current and active customer, i don't have any unreturned equipment. And apt only has Xfinity and att has a basic plan here but that's it. Nothing in comparison with what Xfinity offers at the complex. Monopoly at its finest and that's why they play around with your bill.

Horrible service very upset lady in there with lace front wig horrible customer service requested twice to be assisted last so all questions could be answered due to me requesting new service she disregarded me multiple times and gave me whatever she choose and made me sign up for sum I don’t even understand sent me home with nothing no instructions and now I can’t contact them she’s was horrible and made my experience horrible

Xfinity has the worst customer service ever. For the past week , i've been requesting a technician to come to my home. I'm in the process.
Of moving all I have is my cell phone, My TV is in storage as well.As my laptop. I can't I spea Anyone There's no direct phone number to the stores. The worst experience i've Ever had

The manager Raven is very terrible. She tried to embarrass me in front of a customer I worked for the company. I was dissatisfied with how I was being treated working under her management. Her attitude sucks.

These people have an on going issue that’s well known that they willingly allow repeated customers to come in the location and tell them they can’t help while watching tv and enjoying they free time on the clock. I find it distasteful to have any customer at any point in any business that I can’t help. They can one make a call to the apartment who also failed us today and 2 customer service who told me my order was ready. When u go to chick fi la they are please to help when u go to target is the same but the only take away from this company is I’m too busy to help u while getting paid to help customers. Customer service agreed it was ridiculous that nobody was willing to help ! And I guess that’s what happened when kids run a business with an unaccountable manager who lead them in a I can’t direction vs a I’d be glad too. I’m going to make it my business to get a resolve with the attitudes and the account issues that seems to be on going with nobody taking initiative to fix it for the customer!
